Sebastiano Floris earned his high school diploma in Switzerland and a degree in law from the University of Cagliari. After a lawyer internship in Milan, he started the freelance profession of advisor in Bern on 1980, opening the first legal consultancy firm on Italian law in Swiss territory. Having earned the trust of the Italian Embassy in Switzerland, he was offered since 1991 a relevant agreement approved by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for legal advising of the Embassy and of the Consular network, which ended in 2004 due to major commitments in the field of corporate and real estate law.
