Jason Klarman serves as the Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at FOX News Media (FNM), a position he was named to in late 2023. Previously, he served as President of FOX Nation and was also the Executive Vice President of Marketing for FOX News Media.
Klarman was part of the original team that launched FNC in 1996 and rejoined FNM as a consultant in 2018. He was named Executive Vice President of Marketing in 2019 overseeing brand strategy and took on the full portfolio of FOX Nation in 2021.
In his role at FOX Nation, Klarman oversaw all operations, content and subscriber acquisitions. He transformed the streaming service into a lifestyle and entertainment platform with offerings such as Yellowstone 150 with Kevin Costner, Top Combat Pilot with Dennis Quaid, Liberty or Death: Boston Tea Party with Rob Lowe and Duck Family Treasure, among the nearly 10,000 hours of content on the platform. He also oversaw the launch of FOX News Books in 2021 which has sold nearly two million books across eight titles since its inception.
Prior to FNM, Klarman served as Chief Marketing Officer for Fullscreen Media and formerly served as President of Oxygen Media under NBC Universal, rebranding the service as a multi-platform female-centric network. From 2004-2008, Klarman was the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Digital at NBC Universal's Bravo Media, where he rebranded the pop culture service and relaunched its presence on digital.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a bachelor's degree in economics and political science, Klarman went on to earn his MBA in finance and marketing from NYU's Stern School of Business. He was an EMMY finalist for Outstanding Achievement in Interactive Television and has been honored by Advertising Age as "Entertainment Marketer of the Year" and by PROMAX as a "Brand Builder."

Jay Wallace joined FOX News Channel (FNC) at its inception in 1996 and currently serves as the President and Executive Editor of FOX News Media. In this role, he oversees all news, programming, operations and editorial across key FOX News Media properties, including FOX News Channel (FNC), FOX Business Network (FBN), FOX News Digital, FOX News Audio and FOX Nation.
Previously, Wallace served as President of News and Editorial where he oversaw the network's news division, managing all aspects of news programming, newsgathering, political coverage and election season debates and town halls. Additionally, both FoxNews.com and FOX News Radio, which includes Fox News Headlines 24/7 on Sirius/XM were under his purview.
Notably, in October 2017, Wallace led the launch of FNC's first-ever live 11 PM/ET news show, Fox News @ Night w/ Shannon Bream, which recently moved to 12 AM/ET, and along with the network's CEO Suzanne Scott, co-created new news programming including Outnumbered Overtime w/ Harris Faulkner (now The Faulkner Focus) and The Daily Briefing. Together, Scott and Wallace also expanded FNC's weekend news coverage with Cavuto LIVE in January 2017 and launched a new weekday daytime programming schedule in 2021, which included a new version of FNC mainstay America's Newsroom co-anchored by Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino, the debut of America Reports with John Roberts and Sandra Smith, and the transition of The Story with Martha MacCallum to 3 PM/ET.
In 2016, Wallace was elevated to Executive Vice President of News and Editorial, handling day-to-day management of weekday and weekend news programming for the network. In this capacity, he was responsible for the network's top news programming, including Special Report with Bret Baier, Shepard Smith Reporting, America's Newsroom and Fox News Sunday.
Since becoming a member of the executive leadership team, Wallace has helped enhance the network's newsgathering division, including overseeing the construction and launch of a new state of the art newsroom. He has also expanded the footprint of the news division to ensure dedicated coverage of breaking news outside of Washington and around the world.
During his time at FNC, Wallace has held a number of positions including: senior vice president of news and politics; New York bureau chief; executive producer of news, and executive producer of the original FOX Report with Shepard Smith.
The Hollywood Reporter recognized Wallace as one of the "Most Powerful People in New York Media" in 2018 and 2019 and has been named one of Cablefax Magazine's "Top 100 Power Players" in 2018, 2022 and 2023.

Joe Dorrego currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of FOX News Media, a position he's held since April 2020.
Most recently, he also served as the Chief Investor Relations Officer for Fox Corporation, establishing the FOX investor relations team in 2019 and leading the development and execution of the company's investor relations program.

Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan were named co-CEOs of WWE on Monday following the retirement of Vince McMahon.
The WWE and its Board of Directors also announced Stephanie McMahon was appointed Chairwoman of the Board while Khan will continue to be a board member.

Suzanne Scott currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FOX News Media, which encompasses the two linear networks FOX News Channel (FNC) and FOX Business Network (FBN), as well as FOX News Digital, FOX News Audio, FOX News Books, the direct-to-consumer subscription streaming services FOX Nation and FOX News International, as well as the free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel, FOX Weather. In this capacity, Scott oversees the most successful news organization in television, reaching nearly 200 million people each month across all platforms. Notably, under Scott's leadership, 2020 marked FOX News Media's highest-rated year in history. According to Nielsen Media Research, FNC shattered previous ratings highs as the first cable news channel to surpass 3.5 million viewers in primetime for an entire year, while FBN and FOX News Digital delivered record years. Additionally, for the first time in its history, FNC finished number one in all of cable in total day in the 25-54 demo. For the full year, FNC ranked among the top three networks in all of television in weekday primetime behind only broadcast networks CBS and NBC and beat every broadcast and cable network from Memorial Day 2020 through the end of the calendar year.
In 2023 she named Lawrence Jones co-host of FNC's morning show franchise FOX & Friends, the youngest Black co-host in cable news and in 2022, Scott appointed Shannon Bream to the role of Fox News Sunday moderator, the first woman to anchor the program in its then 26-year history. Over the last several years, Scott spearheaded a new programming lineup across daytime and primetime which included a hit late-night comedy show, Gutfeld! which routinely beats all established late-night shows on the broadcast networks, a live newscast FOX News @ Night at 11 PM/ET and adding Laura Ingraham to primetime with the launch of The Ingraham Angle. She also paired Dana Perino and Bill Hemmer as co-anchors of a refreshed America's Newsroom (9-11 AM/ET) and launched America Reports with John Roberts & Sandra Smith from 1-3 PM/ET. These moves experienced growth across all dayparts.
Prior to becoming the company's first female CEO in May 2018, Scott served as the president of programming for both FNC and FBN. In this role, she oversaw all network programming and talent management, which included significantly altering FNC's primetime lineup in 2017. She also expanded the network's schedule to provide more hours of live programming and is responsible for having more women anchoring and hosting shows on FNC's lineup than any other cable news network. Collectively, Scott's programming moves have helped FNC remain number one in cable news for 22 consecutive years.
Since joining the network in 1996, Scott has risen through the ranks in several programming, production and creative positions including: executive vice president of programming (2016); senior vice president of programming and development (2009); vice president of programming (2007); network executive producer (2005); as well as associate producer, producer, and senior producer of On the Record with Greta Van Susteren (2002-2005). She began her career at FNC in April of 1996 on the launch team as a programming assistant and previously served in the same capacity at CNBC.
Scott has been widely recognized for her contributions in cable television. In late 2023, she was named to the NCTA - The Internet and Television Association's Board of Directors. She was also honored as one of Crain's Most Powerful Women in 2019 and was also named one of The Hollywood Reporter's Most Powerful People in New York Media in 2018, 2019 and 2022 as well as one of Variety's 2020 New York Women of Impact for her leadership during the pandemic. In 2018, she was chosen for Variety's "New Power of New York" list and has been featured in the Variety 500 issue for the last six years, an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the media industry.
Additionally, Scott was honored by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in 2021 with the "Let Us Do Good" award for her extraordinary dedication and positive impact in the lives of veterans and first responders. The Police Athletic League of New York City also honored her in 2019 with their Women of the Year award.
She was also named one of Cablefax Magazine's Most Powerful Women in Cable from 2017 through 2023 and was selected as one of the magazine's 100 Top Power Players in Cable in the same years. In 2006, she was named one of Multichannel News' Wonder Women.
