Erik Foss established Foss Marketing Group, Inc. (aka FOSSmg) in 2001 to deliver high-caliber marketing services and solutions with superior customer service.
Erik is passionate about his vision for producing excellent work with the highest integrity always focused on what is best for the client.
His passion for his work enabled his success in various marketing and research management roles in both the advertising and e-business consulting industries prior to founding his own agency.

His passion for his work enabled his success in various marketing and research management roles in both the advertising and e-business consulting industries prior to founding his own agency.
In 1994 Erik began in the advertising and marketing world working for both regional and global advertising agencies. He worked as a marketing research manager for Rogers & Associates, then as the Western Regional Marketing Manager for TMP Worldwide (where he was one of the original salespeople for Monster.com). He then created and directed a regional Strategic Services department for Bernard Hodes Group, an Omnicom advertising agency. Just before founding Foss Marketing Group, Erik was a Senior Marketing Analyst for EpicEdge, an e-business consulting firm.
Over the course of his 20+ year career Erik has managed and produced advertising and marketing campaigns and projects for nearly 300 companies across every major industry sector. Erik has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world like Amazon.com, Boeing, Disney, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Northrop Grumman, US Bank, Visa, Hitachi, Reliant Energy, Starbucks Coffee Company, Cisco Systems, BP, Yahoo!, Lockheed Martin, Sutter Health Systems, Federated Department Stores, and Capital One.
Erik has been published in the Sacramento Business Journal, and also co-authored, edited and produced several proprietary industry research reports and white papers. Erik is personally very active in the socialsphere, where for example he has over 23,000 Twitter followers.
Erik served the American Marketing Association Sacramento Valley as the 50 year-old chapter's first two-term President from 2006-2008. He is an experienced speaker and presenter, and holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Erik is married with four children, and loves music, movies, sports and time with his family.

Nichole Foss has been with Foss Marketing Group (aka FossMG) since 2010. As an Online Marketing Specialist, she has been connecting with businesses and individuals, building trust and helping them bring their authentic messages and brands, online. She's a creative problem-solver and dedicated to learning. Her clear communication, follow-through and client focused philosophy helps businesses and individuals grow to their full potential.
Nichole is an experienced digital marketer and focuses on Social Media Management, Landing Page Creation, Content Curation, Email Marketing, Blog Management, Customer Support and has a wide variety of knowledge in Customer Relationship Manager and Project Management tools. Retargeting Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Branding, WordPress, Pay-Per-Click and Google Advertising, are also in her tool-kit.
Prior to joining FOSSmg, Nichole worked for 20+ years in the banking and finance industry, handling the financial technology, training and client care for the largest corporate clients for a $24 Billion Bank. Which has given her the opportunity to consult with businesses of all sizes and bridges the marketing, sales and financial worlds because of her deep understanding of ROI, revenue and cash flow. She understands the importance for businesses and individuals to invest into marketing to increase leads and convert them to sales, which can ultimately increase profit.
With her Associate's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (5 more classes to go), she understands the fundamental business concepts. Nichole's integrity, passion for technology, and attention to detail ensure the highest level of client care.
Nichole is married and has four wonderful children. She enjoys going on adventures with her family. She loves to travel, snowboard and practicing yoga!
