Alexa Newton is a partner in Foley Mansfield's St. Louis office, and is the co-chair of the firm's Product Liability practice group. She practices in the Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Litigation group, focusing on asbestos litigation. She has defended clients named in negligence and strict liability claims in both state and federal litigation in Illinois and Missouri.

Andrew Sharp is a Partner in Foley Mansfield's Walnut Creek office. Andrew has additional experience in personal injury and intellectual property defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew gained valuable experience interning for U.S. District Court Judge Patrick Duggan and clerking for a respected national defense firm. Angela V. Sayre is a partner in Foley Mansfield's Los Angeles office and is the chair of the firm's Real Estate practice group. She has over a decade of experience in defending cases involving premises liability, catastrophic injury, toxic tort matters, and commercial litigation. Her strength lies in an acute understanding of being able to align client objectives with attorney action resulting in deliverables and preferred client outcomes. Ashleigh Johnson is a partner in Foley Mansfield's St. Louis office. She practices in toxic and mass tort defense, in addition to employment law and litigation.
In her work in mass tort defense, Ashleigh represents manufacturers, contractors, distributors, and premises in both state and federal court. She regularly and successfully defends experts and corporate representatives as part of national litigation and handles mass volume discovery and motion practice.
As an employment law attorney, Ashleigh has successfully addressed charges for discrimination and other alleged employer/employee violations at both the administrative and civil court levels. She regularly counsels businesses of all sizes, including public entities, regarding law and policy changes which may affect their business and employee relations, including addressing possible conflicts around hirings and terminations as they arise through presentations and real-time counseling. She has also worked on cases involving failure of employer fiduciaries to fulfill requirements under ERISA.
Within the firm, Ashleigh is the founder and chair of the firm's Well-Being Committee. She has also served on the firm's mentoring and internal education committees. She also serves on the Missouri Bar's Lawyer's Living Well Committee as well as the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis's Well-being Committee. She has previously written and spoken on topics relating to mental health and the law, mentorship in practice, ethics, and civil procedure.

Prior to practice, Kyle served as a business strategy intern for Orlando Magic, LTD, where he was instrumentally involved in the early strategic planning process - including financing and statutory and regulatory compliance issues - for what ultimately became the Orlando Magic's Amway Arena. While in college, Kyle was a walk-on for the University of Miami's 1998-99 Men's Basketball team.

Ray Bell is the Managing Partner of the Edwardsville office of Foley Mansfield. Calli Duncan, a partner in Foley Mansfield's Detroit office, is a former stockbroker with strength in discovery, research and writing. Calli practices primarily in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation, employment law and general liability.
In her practice, Calli works in both traditional and alternative forms of dispute resolution. She has developed successful out-of-court resolutions for suppliers, distributors and manufacturers involved in product liability claims ranging from food products to heavy equipment. Most recently she has concentrated in the defense of asbestos litigation claims.
Earlier in her career, Calli concentrated entirely on employment law matters. She has evaluated and litigated sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, religious discrimination, ADA, affirmative action and whistle-blower cases on behalf of employers and municipalities. She also litigated a negligent supervision case and has served as a human-resources consultant.

Carol Tempesta defends small companies to Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort litigation, including asbestos and talc. She has more than two decades of experience in complex litigation, managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution. Carol Tempesta has product liability experience with Benzene and PCBs.
Clients seek Carol's assistance in defending these claims because she is well-versed in conducting and defending depositions, preparing expert witnesses for trial, negotiating settlements, and has experience trying cases in New York State.
Before her career in legal, Carol worked as an industrial hygienist in the aerospace industry, where she performed air quality, noise, and radiation monitoring for military defense contractors and trained employees on the topics of hazardous communications, respirators, noise, and ergonomics. In that role, she also implemented an ozone-depleting chemical replacement program, assisted in stormwater and wastewater programs, and oversaw asbestos abatement projects.
She has been successful in having many matters dismissed at the summary judgment level.

Dan Donahue, managing partner of Foley Mansfield's St. Louis office, has been a practicing trial attorney for more than 35 years. His work is concentrated in the defense of complex cases in the areas of product liability, insurance, and toxic tort litigation, particularly asbestos, talc, silica, benzene and welding fume litigation. He has defended numerous cases involving alleged wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
Dan has bench and jury trial experience in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois, including courts in the City of St. Louis and Jackson County in Missouri and Madison, Cook and St. Clair counties in Illinois.
In addition, Dan has been retained as National and Regional Counsel for various manufacturers and distributors throughout the United States, defending product liability claims, asbestos claims, and talc claims. Darlene Cini is a partner in the Detroit office of Foley Mansfield, where she focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, toxic tort and mass tort litigation and general civil litigation.
With more than twenty years experience defending manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of asbestos products, her clients have ranged from small business owners to Fortune 500 corporations. She has developed long lasting relationships with her clients and is a trusted advisor who prides herself on providing effective legal solutions.
Darlene has a lengthy background in management. She has strong leadership and managerial skills and excels at client services and relations. Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, she also worked for a local law firm that specialized in various facets of real estate finance work, including default servicing, bankruptcy, eviction and litigation. She served on a mortgage foreclosure team where she worked diligently in various stages of the foreclosure process from new referrals, pre-publication, publications and reinstatement and pay offs.
Her background in banking, mortgages and foreclosure actions has led to the representation of title companies and financial institutions in various collection matters. She has also handled select family law cases involving divorce and custody issues and finds time to give back to the community. Her pro bono experience includes handling matters related to family law, contract law, collections, real estate law and criminal law.
