FDT patents use internal geometry and Non standard Carbide Grades to allow smaller orifice sizes to become "non-plugging". As long as the main orifice of a nozzle is open, then the smaller orifice cannot be plugged. Our products have been tested by the University of Cincinnati's Gas Dynamics and Propulsion Laboratory.
