Eva is a result-oriented team player with more than 25 years of experience in management and development of employees and organizations, most recently from positions as VP Human Resources at the Tech-company of Teradyne (Universal Robots, MIR, Autoguide and Energid) and as Executive Vice President and member of the management committee at the pharmaceutical company of Orifarm A/S.
Furthermore, Eva is a highly experienced educator, and her experience includes giving lectures in the Executive Leadership Education at CBS.

Flemming Hartvig Pedersen has two main areas of expertise. The primary field is insolvency law. Flemming Hartvig Pedersen is known for his competent and professional counselling of distressed companies and the handling of reconstructions and bankruptcy estates. He has more than 20 years of experience.
He is also licensed as trustee for the probate court in Odense handling decedent estates, both for the clients of FOCUS and in cases where he is appointed by the court.
For many years, Flemming Hartvig Pedersen has provided legal advice concerning the preparation of wills and prenuptial agreements, including in connection with estate planning. With focus on this issue, he has held a wide range of lectures and training sessions for clients and the banking sector.
He also has a great experience with the handling of compulsory sale and cases of mortgage bonds.

Hans Henrik Banke is the head of the department for the division of company and tax law. He has great experience working with company law, shareholder issues, foundations and ownership structures. He is a former lecturer within corporate law at the School of Business and Social Sciences in Aarhus and at the University of Southern Denmark.
Furthermore, Hans Henrik Banke works with wind turbine projects and the utility sector. He was part of the pioneering work, converting the first municipal suppliers to utility companies. Within the utility sector, he assists with tasks such as structuring utility companies, consolidation and more operation-oriented tasks such as EU-tenders, delimitation of activity areas and handling a range of special acts within the sectors. Additionally, he advises both companies inviting tenderers and companies making offers within the EU-procurement

Henning Moritzen joined Focus Advokater as partner on 1 July 2018 as the law firm Moritzen, Svendborg merged with Focus Advokater P/S. Henning Moritzen has specialised within the building and construction sector and has worked with project development for estate developers and large entrepreneurs. Additionally, Henning Moritzen has great experience advising municipalities in procurement cases, developments, district plans and sale of building sites.

Jacob von Gehren is a German and Danish attorney with the right to appear in both Germany and Denmark.
The work of Jacob von Gehren primarily focuses on cross-border cases between Denmark and Germany including legal counsel of Danish businesses, investors and private individuals in German business law as well as the legal counsel of German businesses, investors and private individuals concerning Danish business law. Jacob von Gehren especially deals with cases within company law and business law, employment law, tenancy law, transactions including purchases of real estate and related areas such as insolvency and debt collection.
In addition to being a part of Focus Advokater LLP, Jacob von Gehren is also part of the department of Dänische Advokaten in Hamburg, which was founded back in 1975. The primary area of expertise is advising Danish companies regarding German law and German companies regarding Danish law.
