Don Chadwick was elected to the Focus Capital Markets Board of Directors in 2014. Don Chadwick is also the Founder and President of Excelsior FT. Prior to founding Excelsior FT Don was partner at DMK Systems, a New York City based recruiting firm that specialized in placing technology and sales specialists at financial services companies. Don attended SUNY Albany and obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Siena College.
With a BS focused in Business Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Mr. Heim started his professional career in 1983 engaged as a Sales Executive for leading Chemical and Environmental Organizations. His entrepreneurial spirit led his next twenty years into the founding of multiple Real Estate and construction concerns around the New York area. For the last 8 years he has concentrated on recruiting top Information Technology professionals for Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Wall Street Centric Firms. Mr. Heim has a personal network of over 6000 IT professionals serving at Computer Programmers, Database, Architect, Business Analyst, Project Managers etc. Today, Edward Heim serves as Focus Capital Markets' Client Sourcing Manger
