Andy Dew - Managing Director
With over 20 years' experience in construction, Andy knows the industry inside out. His primary focus is on company strategy, leadership and supporting Form's leadership team and shareholders. Andy maintains a strong philosophy around relationships, whether with the Form team, Form business partners or clients of Form. He firmly believes that if you invest in your people and carefully nurture all business relationships, the rest will take care of itself.
Andy began his career as a carpenter for Eaton Developments. In under ten years he became a fully qualified site project manager, but that wasn't enough. He purchased Eaton Developments in 2006, merging with Moyle Construction in 2007 to create Form. The growth and reputation of the Company is testament to Andy's steadfast focus on people first, relationships, capabilities and trust.

With extensive knowledge of both the industry and of Form's projects, Matt takes a strategic approach to financial management of the business and has a strong focus on demonstratively contributing and adding value to all Form projects through the use of technology driven efficiencies and process improvements.
Working with a committed and passionate team of people, Matt's passion and his ability to relate to and inspire others, is what really sets him apart from your average CFO.
With 30 years of extensive project development, pre-construction, design, delivery and operational expertise applied across numerous construction projects throughout New Zealand and Australia, Phil's industry knowledge is unparalleled.
With formal qualifications in construction management and quantity surveying, Phil's broad ranging skillset and in-depth exposure to all market sectors and types of construction has seen him work on projects in a variety of senior executive roles. Since starting at Form in late 2018, Phil's outstanding construction industry expertise has fast built him a reputation as an absolute legend - although he's a humble man, so would never admit it!
Phil adopts a consultative and non-adversarial approach to business. He understands the challenges of construction and employs proactive strategies to ensure key outcomes are achieved for all stakeholders. His approachable and practical manner provides a strong base for project teams, delivery assurance and superior outcomes for our clients.
Sean Garde - Chief Commercial Officer
We provide our clients with excellent appraisal skills to identify and mitigate risk, and this is where Sean comes in. A highly competent and experienced member of our team, Sean sets high standards, possesses strong technical and problem-solving ability and believes in positive engagement with clients, consultants, supply chain and colleagues to deliver successful project outcomes.
Sean's extensive experience in providing commercial support and ensuring appropriate commercial controls are used, allows our clients to enjoy a successfully delivered project with as little stress as possible.
