FMDK Technologies, Inc. acquired the Merlin® Controls business from BELCO Technologies Corporation. Frank Gallo and Joe Sagal, former employees and managers of the electronics group of BELCO, purchased the business. FMDK is licensed by Belco to supply Merlin® Controls and parts throughout North America. FMDK is conveniently located in Mahwah, NJ where it manufactures and maintains an extensive inventory of Merlin® Controls, boards and replacement parts. FMDK provides product support for all Merlin® equipment produced since 1976 including repairs, replacement parts, direct replacement upgrades and complete field technical services. FMDK Technologies Inc. continues to invest research monies for new product development geared to the pollution removal industry.
