Betsy joined For The Record, Inc., in 1993, after graduating with a bachelor's degree from Shepherd College (now Shepherd University). Betsy is a member of the National Court Reporters Association, the Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers, and the Maryland Court Reporters Association. She holds and maintains the NCRA Certified Manager of Reporting Services certification, as well as the AAERT Certified Electronic Reporter and Transcriber certification. Betsy is also a Notary Public in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Sara joined For The Record, Inc. in 1993 after starting her career at a national management consulting firm. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Sara is a member of the National Court Reporters Association, the Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers, and the Maryland Court Reporters Association. She maintains NCRA Certified Manager of Reporting Services (2005), AAERT Certified Electronic Reporter/Certified Electronic Transcriber (2005) status through continuing education. Sara manages several large government client accounts and has oversight duties in the areas of scheduling, production, accounting, and data management. She continues to lead the administrative team on a daily basis to reinforce early corporate goals: quality transcripts, on-time delivery, reasonable rates. Through NCRA, Sara has volunteered time and effort in support of the Library of Congress Veterans History Project. She is an avid tennis player, dachshund lover and Anglophile.

Susanne is a founder of For The Record, Inc. following the start to her career as a freelance reporter at Bossard Associates, Inc., in Washington, D.C., under the mentorship of Dennis K. Bossard. Susanne, together with sister and fellow reporter Sally Jo, began For The Record, Inc. in late 1991. Susanne holds an associate's degree from Strayer Business College in Washington, D.C. Susanne is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Maryland Court Reporters Association. She also has been awarded the certifications of Certified Maryland Shorthand Reporter (1985), Registered Professional Reporter (1987), Registered Merit Reporter (1988), Certified Realtime Reporter (2009), and Realtime Systems Administrator (2011). She maintains these certifications through completion of continuing education programs. Susanne is also a Notary Public in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Susanne oversees the overall operations of For The Record, Inc., with particular emphasis on client satisfaction, daily scheduling, reporter education/training/hiring, and quality assurance. She continues to report high-volume deposition cases and trials, often with realtime reporting and same or next-day transcript delivery. Some notable examples are FTC vs. Schering-Plough, Starr International vs. USA, and WAMU vs. USA. Susanne is a past board member and past president of the Maryland Court Reporters Association and was previously a member of the Realtime Systems Administrator Committee of NCRA. She lives in Southern Maryland with her husband, Vince, daughters Madeline and Caleigh, and Corgis Gatsby and Tuck. Adult sons Matthew and Brian live nearby.
