Alice's duties at Foremost include bookkeeping, liquidity forecasting, accounts payable and processing various fees related to the mortgages.

Andrew Joined Foremost as Vice President, Underwriting in 2021. He is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Foremost portfolio of loans and related processes. Prior to working at Foremost, he spent 11 years in the construction finance industry. He has structured, analyzed, and funded hundreds of projects, from single-family dwellings to high-rise residential and large commercial buildings, all across Canada. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charter holder.

Evan is the CEO of Foremost Financial and is in charge of streamlining operations and growing investor capital. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he was CEO of Starbridge Capital Ltd., a sales and marketing firm for alternative investments. Evan has provided investment consulting services to private clients for over a decade. He is a graduate of the Master of Management and Professional Accounting program at the University of Toronto and is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
Helaine joined Foremost in 2017, bringing with her 22 years of experience in administration from Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care. In addition to assisting the Investor team, Helaine has assumed the role of Office Manager, facilitating efficient processes and ensuring our client-focused mandate is upheld.

Prior to joining Foremost in 2021, Jenny, a CPA CMA, had ten years of experience in the alternative mortgage lending industry and was a Director of Finance for a mortgage investment corporation, in charge accounting and finance, mortgage administration and investor relations. With a degree in BS Mathematics, major in Actuarial Science, she worked for EY Global (Philippines) in the pensions actuarial group and for a food processing company. Jenny has a soft heart for dogs and loves hiking the trails with two of her own.
Matthew joined Foremost in 2019 as a Mortgage Analyst after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours BBA. His primary duties as a Mortgage Analyst are supporting Senior Originators in evaluating and structuring prospective loans and creating reports on such loans. Matthew spent a co-op placement with Foremost in 2017 and completed other co-op placements at a portfolio management firm and a trust company.

Matt joined Foremost in January 2013. As a member of the Origination team, he works closely with builders and developers to finance their projects. Matt enjoys watching his clients' vision come to life, whether it be with a new custom home, townhome development, renovation of a commercial property or small multi-family building. Matt's portfolio of clients has grown rapidly over the years. He attributes his success to providing excellent, timely service. Matt earned an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Max joined Foremost after spending a summer on a work placement and was hired on soon after to implement an improved mortgage administration system. Max has since transitioned to the origination team where he will assist in portfolio growth and operational efficiency. Max is a graduate of Guelph University, where he received his Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance.

Neal joined Foremost to spearhead the launch of Foremost.RE, Foremost's real estate equity fund. Previously, he was an Asset Manager at a US-focused value-add real estate fund, where he managed thousands of units across four states. During his tenure, he was tasked with recovering distressed properties and preparing them for sale, with total dispositions of US$145 million, achieving average annual returns ranging from 20% to 80% and multiples of capital from 2x-5x. Neal worked closely with third-party property managers, where he was focused on managing expenses, unit turnover, increasing rents, and building and unit renovations. Neal was also responsible for underwriting, due diligence, acquisitions, refinancing, and disposition of properties. Neal holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, and is a CFA Charterholder. Neal has also worked in Corporate Finance at TD Bank, focused on lending to private equity sponsor transactions and non-bank financial institutions.
Nina is the Chief Financial Officer at Foremost Financial and is responsible for managing the Finance and Operations Department. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Nina was a Senior Manager in the Valuations Group at BDO LLP. She was responsible for leading several different valuation engagements related to different industries, litigation, regulation support, family law disputes and acquisitions. Nina graduated from the Master of Management and Professional Accounting program at the University of Toronto. She obtained her CA, CPA designation in 2002 and then went on to obtain her CFA and CBV designations.

Paul joined Foremost in 1989 and has extensive experience in real estate development and project financing. Paul specializes in project evaluation and his primary function is in mortgage origination and approvals. Paul also serves on Foremost's Investment Committee and is a key part of the firm's ongoing success.

Ricky joined Foremost in 2012 after completing an MBA at The Schulich School of Business. Ricky leads the Investor Relations team, working hard to ensure Foremost always exceed investors' expectations, and is also Foremost's Chief Compliance Officer. He has previous work experience in financial planning as well as financing for film production and also holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Zachary graduated from the University of Southern Indiana where he played varsity baseball and earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration. He started his career in financial planning at a small office where he assisted on both investments and insurance. From there he moved into the mortgage investment business continuing to assist clients reach their investment goals. Zachary started with Foremost May 2023, assisting the Investor Relations team to grow and enrich relationships with clients.
