In 1982, founder Larry Fryer had a vision of creating more advanced and better priced CNC machine tools than were currently available on the market. Soon after, Fryer Machine Systems, Inc. was founded as a company specializing in CNC engineering. Two years later Fryer was distributing and customizing machines from Milltronics Manufacturing. For over 10 years Fryer guided Milltronics as their largest distributor. In 1992, Fryer moved to new headquarters in Patterson NY and began plans to manufacture their own brand.
