Having lived most of my life in Denmark, I decided to take advantage of a unique opportunity in 1999, when the Danish furniture company I worked for had an opening in the United States, and I have lived in the U.S. ever since. I have long made cutting boards and serving boards as gifts for my family and friends, and on many occasions they suggested I should make these boards available to everyone. After years of working in the furniture industry, an opportunity arose to start my own business in 2009 and with that, I decided to turn my passion into my company's mission...
