Aoife Nee

Married to Mark, Aoife's spare time is used walking on the beach and more recently 5km running. With a keen interest in mindfulness Aoife believe in the theory of a healthy mind is a healthy body!

Brendan McGee - Managing Director

Brendan McGee has 21 years experience in the Donegal property market. Brendan has been with Franklins since its infancy and is now the owner of the business. Brendan's experience is considerable, responsible for valuations instruction taking and sales as well as the general management of the business. A former GAA player with Buncrana, Brendan now spends his spare time at Bootcamps and is a social runner. Other hobbies include his desire to cook and the thrill of foreign travel. Brendan is married and a father to two children Oisin & Hollie.

Grace Roddy

Grace joined the Franklin's team in August 2020 in the lettings department. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Property Investment, Appraisal and Development from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in Belfast. Joining Franklin's has enabled Grace to progress and develop her career within the Property Sector. Grace was born and lived in Co. Down for the first few years of her life but was brought up in Derry City where her family have strong roots both in the City and Donegal. She enjoys spending free time socialising with her friends and family.

Sharon McCready

Sharon joined the Franklins team in August 2014. Sharons background is in customer services so her role is a natural progression as day to day duties involve interacting with tenants, landlords and contractors. "I thoroughly enjoy my job and the diversity of my working week, never a dull moment which is a very positive thing. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy quality time with my family and friends. I dabble in a bit of gardening too and have been known to grow quite tasty vegetables! I also enjoy running but I'm very new to this so my first half marathon is a long way away yet!"

Shona Sweeney

Shona joined the Franklins Team in March 2022. With a strong background in Secretarial Skills having studied at LYIT in Letterkenny, Shona is a hard-working and driven person who isn't afraid to face a challenge. She is passionate about her work and knows how to get the job done. When not working, she enjoys going for walks along our beautiful beaches, reading, jiving, spending time with family and socialising with her friends.
