Alexis S. Peoples is a native of Phoenix, AZ. She attended Northern Arizona University and graduated cum laude in 2017 with her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and minors in Psychology and Sociology. Alexis then attended the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2021. As a student, Alexis completed pro bono work for the George C. Cochran Innocence Project clinic.
At The Frager Law Firm, Alexis primarily focuses on family and humanitarian immigration matters. Alexis is very passionate and determined when assisting in the representation of clients and their families.

Allie Hughes Harbor is an associate attorney at The Frager Law Firm. Allie is one of our immigration lawyers that represents people who appear before an immigration judge in removal or deportation proceedings when the Department of Homeland Secuity (DHS) has determined that an individual(s) should be removed or deported from the United States. In proceedings before an immigration judge, an individual has a right to retain legal counsel at his or her own expense (so long as it is not at the expense of the U.S. government).

Barry L. Frager, a managing partner of the Frager Law Firm, has been practicing immigration law since 1990 and has previously served as a trial attorney for the Immigration & Naturalization Service in Los Angeles, California through the Honors Law Graduate Program of the U.S. Department of Justice.
From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Frager served as the national chair of the Federal Bar Association's Immigration Law Section. For his service, he received recognition in September 2007 with the Outstanding Section Chair award by the FBA. Mr. Frager has successfully planned CLEs for the FBA to offer training to other lawyers in the immigration law field and holds an annual immigration CLE in Memphis in May each year.
Mr. Frager has experience handling matters not only in the Mid-South, but also in the following jurisdictions: Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Newark, Oakdale, New Orleans, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Harlingen and other DOJ immigration courts across the United States. He returned to his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee to establish his immigration and general law firm there in 1994. In 2003, he opened a second office in Nashville, Tennessee which was expanded in 2007.

Matthew Orr is a native of Jackson, MS. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2010 with a degree in English and minors in Spanish and history. Matthew then attended law school at the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2017. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar, the N. Dist. Court of MS, the S. Dist. Court of MS, and the Federal Bar Association. Before working at the Frager Law Firm, Matthew practiced as a litigating attorney with the Farese Law Firm in Mississippi.
Matthew currently resides in Olive Branch, MS, with his wonderful wife, Claire; his beautiful daughter, Anne Caroline; his two cats; and his two dogs. In his free time, Matthew enjoys reading, playing the drums, and spending time with his family. He is an avid Mississippi State sports fan. He feels blessed to be in a position to help the hard-working immigrants of this country.

Shamsuddin Lodhi is a paralegal whose experience in immigration law began in 1992. Mr. Lodhi is a native of Pakistan and is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. Also, he can communicate in Arabic and Farsi. Mr. Lodhi completed his formal education in Pakistan.
Mr. Lodhi has had almost 30 years experience in working on asylum law cases. He also assists clients with family-based immigration cases, as well as removal proceedings before the immigration judge. His knowledge and competence help our Nashville immigration attorneys resolve immigration issues for countless clients. Mr. Lodhi lives with his wife and six children in Nashville, Tennessee and currently works in the Frager Law Firm's Nashville office.
Susanna is a life-long Memphian who attended college in Massachusetts and law school in Louisiana. She is a member of both the Tennessee and Louisiana bars. She has worked in the fields of Domestic Law and Estate Planning, and was a prosecutor for the 30th Judicial District at Memphis for 12 years.
