Alexis Hilton Mintz joined Fox Residential Group in 2002. Alexis was immersed in the real estate world from an early age both from her aunt Barbara Fox, on the residential side, and from her father, Joseph Hilton, on the commercial end.

From its inception 33 years ago, Barbara has served on, and in recent years, chaired the committee that oversees the residential industry's main fundraising event, the Residential Deal of the Year Charity and Awards Gala. For many years, the funds raised supported charities serving the homeless of New York City; more recently, the beneficiary has been the REBNY Member in Need Fund, which assists residential members who have fallen on hard times.

Margo Mohr has been in residential real estate sales for over 30 years. As a native New Yorker familiar with all areas of the city, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the business of buying and selling real estate. Her ability to listen, carefully analyze a customer's "wish list", and provide the utmost in service to her buyers and sellers, has resulted in strong relationships, invaluable referrals and repeat business. Margo educates as well as guides, both her buyers and sellers, throughout the intricate and emotional real estate process to facilitate a successful and smooth transaction. A graduate of the Ethical Culture Fieldston School, she attended The University of Madrid in Madrid Spain and received a B.A. from New York University. Prior to entering real estate Margo worked at Vogue Magazine and was a fashion editor at Harper's Bazaar. Fluent in Spanish, she worked at the Real Automovil Club de Espana (RACE) organizing both national and international car races in Spain. Her fluency in Spanish now helps her to better serve international real estate clients and customers. Born and raised on the Upper West Side Margo and her husband Tom, currently reside on the Upper East Side where they raised their daughters Sarah, a Colgate University graduate, and Stacy, a Syracuse University graduate.

Roni E. Cowan
