Tony is a partner in our Tax Practice. He works from all offices with a special focus on the wine practice in St. Helena. Tony also specializes in mergers and acquisitions which can be more broadly described as working with closely-held companies, and their owners, to help them develop, maximize, and/or achieve an effective exit strategy.
Tony has over 30 years of public accounting experience. His experience includes international tax planning, multi-state corporate taxation and general corporate and individual compliance. Tony also provides high-technology and emerging businesses with their tax planning and compliance needs, including merger and acquisition consulting, entity restructuring and other advanced planning strategies.

As a director in the firm's Accounting & CFO Advisory Services (ACFO) practice, Christina provides part-time CFO or VP of Finance services, primarily for early and mid-stage venture-backed companies for a variety of industries. Throughout her over 20-year tenure with the firm, she has enj oyed working with seasoned, serial, and newly-minted entrepreneurs alike.
Christina is a CMA with a degree in Accounting but believes strongly that most of her skills are, and continue to be, learned and sharpened in real life.

Lizzie works with early and mid-stage venture-backed companies serving as a Controller and Director of Finance. She has served clients in a number of industries including software (SaaS, enterprise software, security), cleantech (solar retail, solar manufacturing), life sciences (precision medicine, medical device, research), mobile and internet (apps, gaming, social broadcasting, media, search). Lizzie's areas of expertise include managing startup operations, accounting and business process, month-end/quarter-end close process, financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP, preparing reports for Board of Directors meetings, budgeting and monthly forecasts, technical memos, equity management, audit preparation, due diligence, and acquisitions.
Lizzie has extensive experience with transaction processing, payroll processing, human resource assistance, business tax filings (sales/use tax, property tax, Delaware Franchise Tax), and preparation of income tax documentation. She also has experience working with companies with foreign parent subsidiaries (China, Germany, India, Israel, Ukraine, and the UK) and consolidations of international subsidiaries.

As a partner in the firm's Assurance and Advisory Practice, Jason has extensive experience providing financial audits for venture-backed and closely-held companies. Jason works with both domestic and international corporations to provide transaction readiness services. He has experience working with a multitude of industries, including professional services, arts, apparel, food and beverage, distribution, manufacturing, SaaS and cloud services. His vast knowledge in revenue recognition, equity accounting, international operations and consolidations, and mergers and acquisition transactions makes him a valued and trusted advisor to his clients.

In addition, he is a key member of the Firm's Employee Benefit Audit Plan practice focusing on defined benefit contribution 401(k) plans.
