Biography:
Adina Johnson is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. She focuses her practice on dispositive motion and appellate practice in both federal and state courts, and was a recipient of the 2019 Influential Appellate Advocate Aware. Adina also handles the motions required for effective trial practice including motions in limine, jury instructions, and post-trial motions which preserve the key issues for appeal. Adina has presented seminars on insurance coverage issues, professional liability defense issues, and federal court practice.
Adina graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Woolsack. She served as a Staff Attorney for the St. Louis City Circuit Court for two years where she drafted court orders and which addressed a wide variety of legal issues.
Adina is admitted to the state and federal courts of both Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Amy Raimondo is an associate attorney at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. and focuses her practice on business litigation, fiduciary litigation and civil litigation. Amy's practice includes representing business owners, corporations, individuals and shareholders in business, estate and trust litigation. Amy is passionate about providing clients with the highest quality service, effective solutions, and loyal advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy served as an Assistant City Counselor at the City of St. Louis Law Department. As an Assistant City Counselor, Amy specialized in defending the City in all stages of civil litigation including trial, alternative dispute resolution, and appeals. Amy has successfully argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals - Eastern District.
Amy earned her undergraduate degrees in Management and Legal Studies, magna cum laude, from Webster University and her juris doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, Amy worked as a law clerk at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. and an intern at Saint Louis University's Civil Litigation Clinic and Peabody Energy.
Amy is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, St. Louis County Bar Association and the Women Lawyers' Association of Greater St. Louis.
Dianne supports the health law and corporate departments of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski. Dianne earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science at Florissant Valley Community College. Dianne joined Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski in 1986 as a legal assistant in the legal areas of real estate development matters, nursing home mergers and acquisitions, family law, estate planning and healthcare law. Since 1997 Dianne also has worked in the field of tax preparation providing outstanding services to our clients.
Dianne is been married to her husband Jim and has three children and five grandchildren. In her free time Dianne enjoys spending time relaxing in her pool and riding the country alongside her husband on her own Harley Davidson.

Elaine A. Pudlowski is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. Elaine A. Pudlowski joined the office of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C., in 1997. Elaine practices extensively in the field of domestic relations where she represents both men and women in matters pertaining to divorce, paternity, child custody, child support and spousal support. Elaine also works in the juvenile court handling adoptions, and in the probate court assisting families with legal guardianships and estates. In addition to her work litigating for adults, Elaine A. Pudlowski works as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem representing minor children in every courtroom in both the St. Louis City and St. Louis County Circuit Courts. Elaine has been representing children for over twenty years and it is an ever growing area of her practice. Elaine also has experience working with injury victims in civil lawsuits as well as handling a variety of civil and traffic matters. She has tried hundreds of cases throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area and surrounding counties.

Jake Glickfield is an associate attorney at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. with the litigation department. Jake Glickfield's commercial litigation practice includes a broad range of issues including litigating contract disputes, business torts, fraud, defending FDCPA counterclaims and employment defense. He also practices in the United States Bankruptcy Courts, representing the rights of creditors.
Attorney Jake Glickfield was drawn to litigation for the opportunity to provide legal counsel when the stake are high, and competence, intelligence and courage are what matters. Jake measures his professional satisfaction in terms of effective advocacy, and providing tangible results to clients. Each client is unique, and every case is different. She has been employed at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski since 2003. She assists with all phases of litigation, from initial fact investigation through trial support. Jennifer is an integral part of the firm and her dedication, knowledge and passion leads to outstanding client-focused results. Prior to joining Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski she worked as a Court Clerk at the St. Louis County Circuit Court specializing in Domestic Relations.
Jennifer currently lives in Ballwin and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Biography:
Leonard J. Frankel is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. A 1965 graduate of Washington University Law School, Lenny's practice which was formerly a trial practice is now focused on alternative dispute resolution - mediation and arbitration of State, Federal, Family and Presuit Matters; collaborative law; and serving as a parent coordinator. Lenny has tried many jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts and briefed and argued many cases in the appellate courts. He has also served as a special master in both federal and state cases.
Leonard J. Frankel is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, St. Louis County Bar Association (President, 1979), American Bar Association, Lawyers Association of St. Louis, Association of Attorney-Mediators, Association of Missouri Mediators and St. Louis Collaborative Family Law Association.

Michael J. Payne is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. and focuses his practice on estate planning, fiduciary litigation and civil litigation. He counsels individuals, couples, families and small business owners in creating an estate plan that is specifically tailored to their individualized needs. His passion for estate planning is evident in his approach of collaborating with clients to solve their most important personal, legal and business planning decisions. Michael has handled cases throughout Missouri, representing individuals, trustees, beneficiaries and personal representatives in estate and trust litigation, including claims of undue influence, lack of capacity, self-dealing and breaches of fiduciary duties. His years of litigation experience combined with his estate planning practice gives him the ability to not only work with clients to avoid the risks of fiduciary disputes, but how to handle them once they arise. Michael has a broad civil litigation practice which includes disputes among shareholders, partners and family members in closely-held businesses. He has many years of experience defending corporations against lawsuits brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FRCA"), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and similar consumer protection laws. Michael has successfully tried numerous FDCPA cases, argued multiple cases before the Appellate Courts in Missouri and has presented seminars on corporate compliance and defending consumer claims.

Reid Simpson is an associate attorney at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. with the business litigation department. Reid understands that when you are running a business, your focus is on sustaining your company, so he focuses interactions on quickly and effectively providing you and your business the representation it deserves.
Reid came to the law after a long career in education, starting as a high-school physics teacher and ending as a public school administrator. This gives Reid unique experiences in maneuvering everything from governmental regulations to labor contracts on the push to accomplish goals. During law school, Reid worked as a clerk at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski and as an intern at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, under the Honorable Roy Richter.

He served as the Lead Managing Editor of the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law.
