Adina Johnson

Biography: Adina Johnson is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. She focuses her practice on dispositive motion and appellate practice in both federal and state courts, and was a recipient of the 2019 Influential Appellate Advocate Aware. Adina also handles the motions required for effective trial practice including motions in limine, jury instructions, and post-trial motions which preserve the key issues for appeal. Adina has presented seminars on insurance coverage issues, professional liability defense issues, and federal court practice. Adina graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Woolsack. She served as a Staff Attorney for the St. Louis City Circuit Court for two years where she drafted court orders and which addressed a wide variety of legal issues. Adina is admitted to the state and federal courts of both Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Dianne Eyster

Dianne supports the health law and corporate departments of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski. Dianne earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science at Florissant Valley Community College. Dianne joined Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski in 1986 as a legal assistant in the legal areas of real estate development matters, nursing home mergers and acquisitions, family law, estate planning and healthcare law. Since 1997 Dianne also has worked in the field of tax preparation providing outstanding services to our clients. Dianne is been married to her husband Jim and has three children and five grandchildren. In her free time Dianne enjoys spending time relaxing in her pool and riding the country alongside her husband on her own Harley Davidson.

Elaine A. Pudlowski

Elaine A. Pudlowski is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. Elaine A. Pudlowski joined the office of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C., in 1997. Elaine practices extensively in the field of domestic relations where she represents both men and women in matters pertaining to divorce, paternity, child custody, child support and spousal support. Elaine also works in the juvenile court handling adoptions, and in the probate court assisting families with legal guardianships and estates. In addition to her work litigating for adults, Elaine A. Pudlowski works as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem representing minor children in every courtroom in both the St. Louis City and St. Louis County Circuit Courts. Elaine has been representing children for over twenty years and it is an ever growing area of her practice. Elaine also has experience working with injury victims in civil lawsuits as well as handling a variety of civil and traffic matters. Biography: Leonard J. Frankel is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. A 1965 graduate of Washington University Law School, Lenny's practice which was formerly a trial practice is now focused on alternative dispute resolution - mediation and arbitration of State, Federal, Family and Presuit Matters; collaborative law; and serving as a parent coordinator.
