Frankie's diverse background includes Image Manager for Disneyland Resort® and Disneyland International where she managed the education and communication of the Disney Look for 11,000 cast members. She created and delivered training programs at the Disney® University: Professional Image, a Disney Leadership module; Professional Development, a six-part program to enhance cast members' career paths. She also coached the annual Disneyland Ambassador team on professional image and etiquette. Other positions include Professional Development/Employment Coach for Blue Ridge Community College Career Center and Certified Image Consultant/retail store owner with over 10,000 satisfied customers, individuals and corporations. As a Chicago area businesswoman, Frankie was recognized as an Illinois Outstanding Working Woman for her work with the homeless...
