Eric Taylor

As Vice-president of Design for Frank Betz Associates, Eric oversees the design of house plans for the company publications and the web site. He joined the company as an apprentice draftsman in 1985 while attending Southern College of Technology. Eric designs plans from 1500 to 5000 sq. ft. He puts emphasis on spatial relationship and proportions of rooms as well as curb appeal. Eric regularly attends seminars and interacts with builders and marketing consultants to stay on top emerging trends in design. He has been a guest speaker at the Southern LivingĀ® Builders Conference, the Southern Building Show and the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council. In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, traveling and playing golf.

Joe Haines - VP

As Vice President, Architect for Frank Betz Associates, Joe Haines is responsible for maintaining the overall quality and accuracy of the working drawings. Joe first joined Frank Betz Associates in 1983, while earning a degree in architectural engineering from Southern College of Technology. In 1987, he left the company and worked for an Atlanta-area commercial architecture firm. In 1993, Joe re-joined Frank Betz Associates to manage the construction drawing department and the CAD operators. A registered architect since 1994, Joe ensures that the company's drawings are accurate. He enjoys all stages of the architectural process, especially the challenge of working through complicated details. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and traveling.

Laura Segers

As Vice President of Sales Operations, Laura Segers oversees the marketing, publishing, sales and customer service departments. Laura joined the company in 1991, and has held several positions within the company, including: receptionist, customer service manager and assistant bookkeeper. Laura began working at Frank Betz Associates after graduating from University of West Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications. Laura particularly enjoys working with customers and helping them find the perfect home. During her free time, Laura plays tennis on several league teams and spends time with her family.

Russell W. (Rusty) Moody - President

As President of Frank Betz Associates, Russell W. (Rusty) Moody is responsible for strategic planning and overseeing day-to-day operations of the company. He joined Frank Betz Associates in 1980, and served in a number of positions within the organization before being named President in 2005. During his tenure at the company, Rusty has held the following jobs: Draftsman, Designer, Manager of the Architectural Department and Secretary/Treasurer.

Todd Jenkins

Job Titles:
  • Vice President, Custom Design Division
As Vice President, Custom Design Division for Frank Betz Associates, Todd Jenkins works primarily with builders, designing custom plans or modifying existing ones to fulfill a builder's vision for a neighborhood. To stay current on market trends and home designs, Todd frequently attends seminars and conferences. Todd joined Frank Betz Associates in 1991 as a draftsman and served as an assistant to Founder Frank Betz before starting and managing the company's Custom Design Division. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering technology from Southern College of Technology and worked at two Atlanta-based architectural firms before joining Frank Betz Associates. In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and working on projects around his home.
