James is a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Rare Earths and has over 25 years' experience in the natural resource sector in senior executive, advisory and Board roles. James was a key member of the team that managed the development of Frontier Rare Earths, including its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2010,the discovery and successful permitting of Frontier's Zandkopsdrift rare earth battery grade manganese sulphate project in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa and the introduction of the South Korean Government as strategic project partners to Zandkopsdrift.
James was previously a co-founder and Director of Firestone Diamonds plc, which was listed on the AIM market in London and developed and operated diamond mines in South Africa, Botswana and Lesotho, and established exploration joint ventures with De Beers.
James was also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evolution Securities Plc which listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and has also held senior roles with ABN Amro Bank, Rothschild and RBS and as a non-executive director in the automotive and industrial lithium battery, private equity and property sectors.
James has a B.Comm (Hons) and a MBS (Finance) from University College, Dublin.
Paul McGuinness holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters' degree in accounting from University College, Dublin. Mr. McGuinness qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1999 where he gained experience predominantly in the financial services, oil and gas and logistics sectors.
Mr. McGuinness also has extensive experience in finance and investment banking, having worked with a number of international firms including Schroders, Collins Stewart and Salomon Smith Barney, where he worked as a corporate adviser to various financial institutions in the United Kingdom, and in Australia to various energy, mining and infrastructure companies. Mr. McGuinness has been CFO of Frontier Rare Earths since 2010
Philip is a co-founder and Chairman of Frontier Rare Earths and has over 30 years' experience at senior management and board level in the natural resource sector in both private and listed companies. He was a key member of the team that led the development of Frontier Rare Earths, including its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2010, the discovery and successful permitting of the Zandkopsdrift rare earth and battery grade manganese sulphate project in the South Africa, the introduction of the South Korean Government as a strategic partner to Zandkopsdrift, and the acquisition and development of the Nipacue graphite project and Mozambique.

Philip is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from University College, Dublin and holds two postgraduate qualifications in Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Boston College, Massachusetts.
