As a real estate development company, Frome Investments has developed or acquired over 30 business parks throughout Southern California totaling over 2 million square feet. Our business parks range from 20,000 square feet to over 250,000 square feet. These properties cater to individual small businesses with unit sizes ranging from 1,000 square feet up to 9,000 square feet.
