Joe Baldassari has represented clients in private practice since 1986. He has appeared before the Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas (Civil Division and Orphans' Court Division), the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Workers' Compensation Judges and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. He has also represented clients in the New Jersey Superior Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court in New Jersey. Joe also continues to represent dependent children through his affiliations with the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project in Montgomery County. Joe has also been honored to serve as Judge Pro Tem in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas' Arbitration Mediation Program. Joe Baldassari graduated in the top 10% of his class Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University's College of Commerce and Finance in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Michael E. Furey

After his judicial clerkship with the Honorable William W. Vogel in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and serving as Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, Mike Furey entered the private practice of law in 1985. He represents clients in litigation and appeals before the Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, and the American Arbitration Association, as well as representing clients in the Magisterial District Courts in traffic violation cases. Mike consults with clients in business, contract, real estate and construction law. He also prepares Wills and Powers of Attorney, and assists clients through estate administration and probate. A significant part of Mike's practice involves representing developers, non-profit organizations, and individuals in real estate transactions, and obtaining zoning and land development approvals in municipalities throughout Montgomery County and neighboring counties. Mike is honored to serve as the Solicitor to three Zoning Hearing Boards in Montgomery County. He currently serves as Solicitor to the West Norriton Township Zoning Hearing Board, as he has for over 25 years, the Whitemarsh Township Zoning Hearing Board since 2005, and the Worcester Township Zoning Hearing Board since 2016. He also serves as counsel to Building Code Boards of Appeal. In addition to his solicitor appointments, Mike has been called upon to serve as standing conflict counsel, or as appointed counsel to various municipal boards in Montgomery County in zoning and land development matters.
