FULL MOON COOKERS

After years of research we pleased to introduce our NEW ROTISSERIE SMOKER. The unit pictured is 5'W x 6'L x 7' H and includes a warming box that is about 4'W x 4' H. It is set up to take regular steamer pans. The cooker has eight (8) cooking trays that are 15"W x 5'-3"L for a total cooking area of 7,560 sq. in. Maximum cooking temp is 375 degrees. It cooks with either wood, propane or both. The whole unit operates on 24 VDC and is totally portable. This unit has a solar cell to keep the batteries fully charged... Included on this cooker is our Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and a touch screen operator interface. All PLC programming is done in house so we can easily provide you with custom controls to fit your needs. If you are cooking where there is wireless internet access you can check the cooker with your iPhone or iPad. The PLC can even send you a text should it need attention or when it is done.
