Alex Sun is a Director of the Board for First Pacific Bancorp and First Pacific Bank. Mr. Sun is the Chief Executive Officer of Enlyte, the parent brand of Mitchell, Genex, and Coventry. He joined Mitchell International in 2001, and since 2008, he has served as Mitchell's President and Chief Executive Officer, guiding the company's strategy and day-to-day operations. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Sun served as President and Chief Financial Officer. During his career at Mitchell, he has led the company's expansion to achieve an unparalleled breadth of technology, connectivity, and information service offerings. Previously, Mr. Sun served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration for an enterprise software company (now part of the SAS Institute), with oversight of worldwide finance, legal, human resources, information systems, and facilities. Mr. Sun also spent approximately 10 years with Merrill Lynch & Co., serving as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division, where he was responsible for providing corporate finance and strategic advisory services to financial services companies. Mr. Sun is a graduate of The University of Chicago.

Elizabeth M. Buckingham is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Pacific Bank. She brings more than 35 years of in-market industry experience. Previously, Ms. Buckingham served as Senior Vice President, Branch Manager with Bank of Orange County where she successfully opened a de novo branch in Santa Fe Springs, served on the management loan committee, and oversaw a second office in Norwalk. Prior to that, Ms. Buckingham held a variety of positions in both business banking and community banking at Union Bank, Bank of Industry, Bank of Whittier, and First State Bank. In 2006, she was awarded Business Professional of the Year by the Santa Fe Springs Chamber. Active in the community, Ms. Buckingham is Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer and Board Member of the Santa Fe Springs Chamber/League Youth Enrichment Fund, and Director of The Whole Child. Previously, she served as Chairperson of the Whittier Chapter of the American Heart Association, Board Member of Lindsay School, and Past President of the Santa Fe Springs Rotary. Before joining the Company, Jim was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Bank of Southern California (from 2011 to 2022). His professional career includes extensive experience in banking as a former bank director and loan committee chair. Nathan Rogge is the President and CEO of First Pacific Bank. He joined the company on December 22, 2021, with more than 30 years of banking experience. Most recently Mr. Rogge held the position of President and CEO at Bank of Southern California. He was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in 2006 and was named President and CEO in 2008. During his time at Bank of Southern California, he was instrumental in growing the bank organically, as well as through a total of seven acquisitions, including the 2018 acquisition of Los Angeles-based Americas United Bank and the 2020 acquisition of Orange County-based CalWest Bank. Additionally, he successfully expanded the bank from one location with $38 million in assets, to twelve locations with $1.7 billion in assets. Nathan began his career in 1991 as a teller for Wells Fargo Bank. Following which he has served in a variety of roles for regional banks, including First National Bank of San Diego and First Republic Bank. He is recognized as one of the youngest bank CEOs in Southern California and was awarded the 2020 CEO of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal and was named a 2018 Most Admired CEO by the San Diego Business Journal. Nathan participates in several key business-minded associations, often serving in leadership roles. He is actively involved in YPO's Gold San Diego Chapter, YPO's CEO Group, and the Director's Loan Committee for CDC Small Business Finance. Mr. Marshall is a veteran San Diego County community banker with over 30 years of experience. During his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility at several San Diego banking institutions, including Rancho Santa Fe National Bank, La Jolla Bank & Trust, and California Community Bank, where he served as that bank's founding Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer from 2001 to 2012, and as President and Chief Credit Officer from April 2012 to the bank's successful sale on November 30, 2012. His most recent association was with the Bank of Southern California as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer/Chief Lending Officer from December 2012 to February 2022.

William C. Greenbeck

Mr. Greenbeck was a director of Bank of Downey in 1976 and continued his directorship with S.C. Bancorp, the bank holding company for Southern California Bank (Bank of Downey's successor in 1981), and then with Western Bancorp (which acquired S.C. Bancorp in 1997).
