GABRIEL GROUP - Key Persons

Amy Borrelli

Job Titles:
  • Account Coordinator
Hi, I am Amy … I'm an account coordinator with the fundraising team at Gabriel Group. I also help out with proofreading and donor insight surveys for all our nonprofit clients and have dabbled with copywriting as well. I am a big proponent of the power of print and very "old school" in my belief that proper spelling and grammar are the foundation of good communication. Surprise, surprise … I have a strong background in newspapers. I have a degree in journalism from Marquette University, and I've worked at the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the Effingham Daily News and the San Diego Union-Tribune. When I am not in the office, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, Benny, and two college-aged sons, Matt and Dan; walking my dog, Woody; exploring St. Louis history; gardening; playing the piano; and cheering on the Chicago White Sox.

Andrea Evans

Job Titles:
  • Account Director
Hi, I am Andrea … I joined Gabriel Group in September of 2016 with 16+ years in direct marketing and printing. I graduated with a B.S. in business management and human resources from Missouri State University. When I am not in the office, I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, crafting and spending time with my family and friends.

Bonnie Zigler

Job Titles:
  • Ambassador of First Impressions
  • Vice President, Information Services
Hi, I am Joyce … I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tulsa where I was a NCAA swimmer. I worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield before I started in the direct marketing business working for DIMAC Direct. Before joining Gabriel Group in 2015, I had spent the prior 14 years at World Marketing. When I am not in the office, I enjoy skiing, running, traveling and trying new restaurants along with spending time with my family. I ran my first marathon in 2014. Hi, I am Bonnie … as your Ambassador of First Impressions, I take my responsibilities very seriously, but not SO seriously that I don't have FUN! As a former speech and drama teacher, I learned how to engage individuals by motivating them to become active members of our team (or else they would flunk my class). I am here to make YOU feel welcome, comfortable and part our Gabriel Group team. We would like your interactions with us to be an experience that won't soon be forgotten. With a B.A. in speech and theatre and more than 20 years providing excellent customer service, I come to this position armed with the acquired skills and that extra OOMPH to offer you an experience at Gabriel Group that will certainly make you feel welcome and leave you with a smile-and a breath mint. When I'm not being goofy at the office, I enjoy planning parties, holidays, and softball games at our very own baseball field that my husband and I built. I also love searching resale shops to look for items to turn into something fun and useful - who doesn't need a bedazzled bread box?! My first job was bussing tables at Hacienda Restaurant in Overland. We had to look busy, so we all fought over who would roll the silverware up in napkins - I mean, there are only so many people who can wrap utensils at a time! I quickly resigned my position there to sell movie tickets at the Cypress Village Theatre across from Northwest Plaza. I was never able to see a free movie there, as I was too busy working (violins play here). As a child, I always wanted to be a mom. (What was I thinking?) But, I will say that I was blessed with five wonderful children-they have given me so much joy … now that they are adults.

Julie Lynch

Job Titles:
  • Account Manager

Bakers start very early-maybe this is why I am an early riser and enjoy baking so much. As a child, I wanted to grow up to be a cruise ship director. I thought every day could be a vacation, and I'd be able to visit lots of new places!

Karen Mariani

Job Titles:
  • Account Manager
Hello, I'm Karen … I joined Membership Consultants (now Gabriel Group) in 2007. My background is in media relations and marketing, thus ensuring that my English degree from Webster University was put to fairly good use. Additionally, event management and volunteerism are a healthy part of my mix, which has been quite useful in my role of on-site sales manager. In addition to account management, I am also a list broker, which allows me to develop list strategy for all our clients' acquisition campaigns. When I am not in the office, I enjoy reading, cooking, movies and hiking with friends and family. However, laughing with friends and family is my most favorite thing to do - maybe, with a glass of wine.
