Born and raised in Michigan, Crystal Leske joined GDO Law in 2018, having graduated from the Paralegal Program at Inver Hills Community College with honors in 2016. In addition to being the firm's first point of contact as Receptionist, Crystal assists firm patriarch, attorney Tim Geck, working on a variety of legal matters. Crystal is a sports enthusiast, DIY crafting guru and is enjoying life in general as a new mother.

FELECIA ENGEN

Felecia joined GDO's growing team in 2005, having obtained her degree and certifications as a paralegal from Minneapolis Business College. She worked on a wide variety of legal matters as well as became heavily involved in the marketing and branding of the firm. Most recently, Felecia transitioned to the role of Office Manager where she oversees day-to-day operations, accounting matters, and HR programs and practices within the firm. In her spare time, Felecia enjoys freelance writing as well as hiking and traveling with her family and friends.

JANET SCHWARTZ

Janet is paralegal to attorney Peter Tiede. She received her paralegal degree from Inver Hills Community College and has over 30 years of experience in the areas of commercial lending, insurance defense, and workers' compensation. In her free time, Janet enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and friends.

JODY HUDALLA

Jody is a graduate of Rasmussen College's paralegal program and joined the firm in 2017. Before joining the team at GDO, Jody worked in the Ramsey County Criminal Court for five years as a Senior Court Clerk. In addition to being a vital asset to GDO's bustling prosecution team, Jody assists clients as they work through a wide variety of family law matters with attorneys Heather Monnens and Robb Olson. In her free time, Jody enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

PATRICK J.R. ROCHE

Patrick focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, business law, banking and commercial lending, and Minnesota township law. Patrick works with a variety of lenders, including credit unions, banks, hard-money lenders, and agricultural lenders, assisting them with commercial lending and advising them on compliance and regulatory issues. He assists business clients with organization/incorporation, leases, landlord/tenant law, liens, and ownership rights, as well as real estate acquisition, development, zoning, and land use issues. Patrick also advises and assists Minnesota townships with a variety of issues, including drafting ordinances, resolutions, planning and zoning, and boundary-line adjustments, to name a few. Patrick graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he was a Constance L. Bakken/Mitchell Hamline Fellow, participated in Law Review and the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court, and interned for The Hon. Kevin S. Burke in Minnesota's Fourth Judicial District, Minneapolis, and The Hon. Jeanne Cochran at the Office of Administrative Hearings.

PETER J. FRANK

Peter Frank focuses his practice on real estate and business law. Peter has a wealth of experience with the intersection of business and the law. Before Peter attended law school, he worked as a manager at Best Buy, Inc.'s corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. Peter's business experience gives him the perspective he needs to understand that taking legal action only makes sense when it is likely to achieve a positive business outcome. Peter looks at every case and every client individually and always endeavors to find the right solution to deliver value to his clients.

SARA PEDERSON

Sara is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and joined the firm in 2015 as a legal assistant. As the firm grows, so do Sara's duties. She is support to four attorneys, assisting them with real estate and probate matters, along with a wide variety of other legal matters that needs attention. Each day brings a new opportunity to learn and challenge to navigate, and Sara's ability to dig in and take them on is an asset to the firm.

TIMOTHY R. GECK

Tim has nearly 40 years of experience in representing clients in the Twin Cities Area. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, estate planning, probate, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Tim has been awarded an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbel and has been recognized by his peers for the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical practice standards.
