Sabhal Mòr Ostaig has an excellent reputation for research into many aspects of Gaelic and Highland culture. Our staff are actively engaged in high-level research, working with businesses and communities across Scotland... Our activities are greatly enhanced by cooperative links within the wider Gaelic community, and we host a number of creative and cultural projects such as Tobar an Dualchais, Faclair na Gàidhlig, the multimedia and design company Cànan Graphics Studio as well as a programme of residencies for artists in music, literature and the visual arts.
