Gallucci's Catering was founded on October 8, 1988 by Ronald Gallucci. Located in the back of a small delicatessen in Tacoma, Washington, the catering company started by producing boxed lunches for schools and offices throughout the city. Several years later, Ronald Gallucci grew the company to offering the finest in catering and specialty foods and has grown into a premier catering company. Gallucci's Catering is on the list of most of the finest venues throughout the Puget Sound and surrounding areas. In August 2013, at age 49, Ron Gallucci lost his life to a heart attack. It was very tough on family, friends, and all of those that knew this great man. The company continued to operate under the reigns of Ron's wife, Treia Gallucci...
