GALLEGOS CORP - Key Persons
Casey joined Gallegos in 2004 as an estimator and has since become Vail Regional President. He is experienced in commercial, residential, and civil projects, and holds two B.Sc. degrees from Colorado School of Mines in Civil Engineering and Economics. His background in engineering took our concrete division from being a place and finish provider to a full service concrete contractor.
Growing up in Denver, Dan graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a B.S. in Accounting. After 10 years at a Denver-based CPA firm, he moved to the Vail Valley in 2006, and joined Gallegos in 2015 as a controller. Dan has spent the last several years improving the accounting systems at Gallegos and is now the Chief Financial Officer. He also volunteers for the local Habitat For Humanity as treasurer.
Starting out as a general laborer in 1974, Dave honed his skills to become a brick mason, working on many Denver high rises. After joining Gallegos in 1989 as an estimator, Dave has overseen business development since 1995, and is now Chief Business Development Officer. Dave is passionate about giving back to the construction industry and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors of America, and the Associated General Contractors of Colorado, as well as several trade organizations.
Since joining Gallegos as Director of the Plaster and Stucco Division in 1987, Gary has risen to become President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been in this role since 2010. Gary is dedicated to childhood learning and our communities, and sits on several boards including the Board of Directors for the Vail Valley Foundation, the Board of Governors for Vail Valley Partnership, and HomeCare and Hospice of the Valley.
With over 27 years of management and leadership experience at Gallegos, Jim is now a regional President responsible for overall operations throughout the Aspen market. An active member of his community, Jim supports multiple organizations throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, with a focus on youth education and sports.
Marcette joined the Gallegos Team in 2002 in payroll and accounting. Eager to learn more about the construction industry, she spent several years working for various trades within the company (plaster and stucco, masonry, marble and granite) to broaden her understanding before settling at the Stone Yard. Over the past 8 years she has optimized tasks related to inventory, placing orders, tracking materials. Marcette is passionate about success of the Stone Yard team and The Gallegos Corporation. She is focused on meeting the needs of the community and the sustainability and quality of the products carried at the Stone Yard.
Scott began his career as a carpenter and plasterer, then progressed into foreman and project manager roles. Joining Gallegos in 2006, Scott went from Senior PM to Division President, and now oversees the Denver division. He promotes a positive and engaging atmosphere, leveraging his 35 years of construction experience to bring creative solutions and a "yes, we can" approach to each project.
Suzanne is honored to be the Chairman of the Board of Gallegos, and is committed to honoring the vision Gerald had for the company. In addition to her role at Gallegos, Suzanne donates her time to many worthy organizations within the community.
