GENERAL DESIGN & CONSULTING

The company GENERAL DESIGN & CONSULTING was founded in February, 1999 as an architectural company having Mr. Arch. Mircea Enescu as its sole associate. The first project was the Technical Project for IBIS Hotel, Bucharest (the former Hotel Nord), right after the foundation of the company, designed in collaboration with Mr. Arch. Petre Ciuta. Following a period of stagnation between 2000-2003, beginning with the year of 2004 the company developed continuously, the number of projects as well as the turnover and the number of employees growed from one year to the other (12 employees in December, 2008). Our company centered mainly on big projects with various destinations, such as buildings for living or industrial buildings. A special attention was given to commercial buildings (malls, shopping centers); over the years many such projects were designed.
