Celeste is a founding partner with over 25 years of experience providing tax planning and financial accounting services to closely-held middle market companies and high net-worth individuals. Celeste's technical competence in such matters, combined with her unrivaled level of customer service, has distinguished her among her clients and peers alike. Before forming Gray & Harasym, Celeste was with a local firm and the national firm Moss Adams, LLP - San Francisco, CA. Celeste graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA. In addition, she has completed courses towards her Master's Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA. Celeste is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Mark Harasym

Mark Harasym's accounting career started at a regional CPA firm in San Jose before he joined a local San Luis Obispo firm. His expertise now extends into all areas of tax preparation and planning, and includes individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Mark's service consists of tax advice and consultations throughout the year to help his clients make informed decisions. The relationships he fosters with his clients allow him to tailor tax strategies for their specific needs. Prior to his accounting career, Mark was an engineer and project manager for ten years in the aerospace and medical device industries, where he honed his skills in problem solving and creative thinking. These skills are critical components of his tax planning methodology. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Science in Accountancy from San Jose State. Mark is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He also holds his Series 7 and 66 FINRA licenses.
