Bailey started his recruitment career with Genesis after transitioning from being an Assistant Pro specializing in golf. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in Criminal Justice and Political Science. He enjoys working with a variety of Underwriters find their next step in their careers.
Beau graduated from Emporia State University with his Bachelor's degree in May 2012 where he also played NCAA baseball. Beau joined Genesis in November 2017 as an Insurance Recruiter after spending several years building and growing a Firestone operation. Beau's quick success and his ability to adapt to Genesis' style of recruitment earned him the title of Vice President. He is a leader in the industry and remains at the forefront of our senior and executive level search efforts.
Brandon graduated from Texas Tech University and found a career in teaching immediately after graduation. While coaching alongside teaching, he transitioned his career from helping accelerate young athletic careers to professional careers when he joined Genesis in August, 2023. Currently, Brandon enjoys making an impact on underwriting careers and accounting careers within the insurance industry.
Caitlyn graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler in December and joined Genesis Resources in 2023. She assists with the planning of events as well as managing a database for the recruitment team.
Chris graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2012 and joined Genesis Resources in the Summer of 2022 after spending the past 10 years in minor-league baseball and public education. After an initial whirlwind of success, Chris was elevated to an assistant vice president title shortly thereafter.
Jesus began his recruitment career when he joined the Project Recruitment Team at Genesis in 2021. On the Project Recruitment Team, he focuses on recruiting for a variety of manufacturing roles and clients. With his ability to speak both Spanish and English, Jesus is able to provide clients and candidates a more customized recruitment experience.
John, after graduating from Centenary College of Louisiana with a Bachelor's in Political Science, began his career as a successful Medical Sales Executive. Beginning in November 2017, John switched to Insurance Recruiting when he joined the Genesis team. Currently, John works directly with carrier clients as well as national brokerages on a variety of niched searches within the Insurance Industry. Due to John's engagement with senior management across the industry, he earned the title of Vice President and looks forward to continuing to be a primary point of contact for executives in the insurance industry.
Jordan is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and joined Genesis Resources in the spring of 2023. She specializes in accounting and underwriting positions for our insurance clients.
Justin graduated from York University in 2017 and began a teaching career shortly after graduation. After changing young lives through teaching, Justin transitioned to changing professional lives through executive recruitment when he joined Genesis in August, 2023. Currently, he's enjoying the impact he makes in recruiting for actuary and claims positions in the insurance industry.

Katie joined Genesis in 2021 as a Data Analyst and works alongside obtaining her Master's degree at the University of Texas at Dallas. Much of her work involves individual data-oriented projects and managing a large database for the recruitment team.
Keith graduated from the University of Arkansas in May 2016 with a Bachelor's in Journalism. He joined the Project Recruitment Team initially in November 2018 then transitioned to the Executive Search Team as a Senior Recruiter in 2019. Keith works directly with a variety of our P&C clients on both managing their accounts while acting as Senior Recruiter for their positions.
Kenny graduated from Dallas Baptist University and began his recruitment career at Genesis Resources in February of 2023. Kenny recruits for a variety of Underwriting positions throughout the United States.
Melissa joined Genesis in October 2015 as an Insurance Recruiter. She came into recruiting naturally and demonstrated the ability work well with clients and candidates to facilitate a productive collaboration. Melissa currently supports some of our clients' more strategic projects while continuing to excel at filling middle and upper management level roles.
After many professional accomplishments including implementing cultural changes to large, successful organizations to drive organic growth and elevate employee performance as well as becoming the Subject Matter Expert in a variety of insurance programs such as Property, Inland Marine, General Liability, Director's and Officer's, Excess and Surplus Lines, etc., Randy joined Genesis in 2021. Randy currently operates as the Chief Consulting Officer on best business and operational practices and drives Genesis to elevate their customers, clients, and candidates to a higher level of success.
Ryan joined the Genesis team in September 2013, as an Insurance Recruiter after working for Dallas Baptist University's baseball program - a program in which he was a part of as a student athlete. He worked on a myriad of key accounts then became the point-person on executive-level searches, particularly those that involve Underwriting Leadership. His own leadership elevated him to Senior Vice President of Insurance Recruiting and he is also a Partner in the company. He currently oversees much of the Executive Search team and also challenges himself to work on the toughest searches for Genesis' elite clients.
Scott began his recruitment career at Genesis Resources in January 2023 after 20 years in the golf business. Scott recruits for a variety of insurance positions including Construction, Casualty, and Underwriters roles.
After graduating college from Texas A&M University, Trey found his home in Executive Search. Working in the industry, he sought to build a brand that recognizes the importance of building partnerships with both clients and candidates to establish trusting and long-lasting relationships. Out of this desire, Trey founded Genesis Resources - where he operates as the President/CEO to this day.
Tricia graduated from Texas A&M University and officially joined Genesis in 2014 as a Research Recruiter. She spends the majority of her work assisting both the Project Recruitment Team and Executive Search Team by researching necessary recruitment information. Her skills elevated her to Senior Research Recruiter, and she has even coached other Research Recruiters and Data Analysts on data management best practices.
After working for a few different firms as either operations or recruiting, Yemi married the two roles and joined Genesis in 2013 as the Operations Manager. Her skills in management elevated her to Vice President of Operations in September 2018. Yemi takes on a variety of Operations projects in her new position and has helped Genesis further grow and develop.
