Adam Berns

Adam Berns is the Chief Investment Officer, US at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Prior to GCP, Adam was involved in various transactions while at GLP, including GLP's entry and expansion across the US and Europe and its privatization in 2018. Before GLP, Adam worked at Och-Ziff and Blackstone in the real estate private equity groups. Adam graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Annie Fitzgerald - CFO

Job Titles:

Annie Fitzgerald is the Chief Accounting Officer at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Prior to GCP, Annie held a similar position at GLP US where she oversaw the fund accounting functions, including reporting, property and operational accounting, budget and forecasting, and treasury. Prior to joining GLP US, she served as Chief Accounting Officer of InvenTrust Properties Corp. and then Care Capital Properties. At both organizations, she was responsible for SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury functions, and was the finance lead through various strategic platform transactions. Annie received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Drake University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Craig Duffy

Craig Duffy is the Global Head of Fund Management at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Previously, Craig held various leadership roles at Citigroup, including Managing Director and Head of Equity Origination, Asia, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of all primary equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions across Asia. During that time, Craig raised more than US $150bn of equity from over 300 transactions, including GLP's IPO in 2010 and the IPO of GLP-JREIT in 2012. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Daan van den Hoven

Daan van den Hoven is Managing Director, Europe at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). He joined GCP in 2018 to set up and lead the European fund management team and capital deployment initiatives. Previously, Daan worked for over 10 years at Prologis where he managed various Pan-European responsibilities, most recently serving as vice president of transactions and executing over $1bn in transactions across Europe. Prior to that, Daan served as Portfolio Manager for the Prologis European Properties Fund II and as an asset manager in Northern Europe, implementing both fund and asset level strategies. Daan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Development from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Kent Yang - President

Kent Yang is the Co-Founder and President of SLP (SEA Logistic Partners), GLP Capital Partners' logistics platform in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Prior to SLP, Kent served as the President and Managing Director for GLP China until 2016, and previously as Chief Operating Officer for GLP China where he was responsible for development and construction, leasing, property management and customer services. Kent has more than 25 years of experience in industrial real estate and construction, previously serving as General Manager for GLP Park Lingang and Managing Director of Wuxi Hua Yang Hi-Tech Venture Capital Inc overseeing high-tech industrial park operations. Kent received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Mauro Dias

Mauro Dias is President, Brazil of GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Mauro has over 30 years of experience in logistics and infrastructure. He developed his career at VALE, one of the largest companies in Brazil, where he held various key roles in its logistics, shipping and transportation divisions, including Director of Logistics, Chairman and CEO of FCA Railway, and President of Docenave, Vale's shipping company. Mauro was formerly CEO of Log-In Logistica Intermodal, a Brazilian intermodal and logistics company where he led its IPO. He has also served as President of the National Association of Brazilian Railways (ANTF) and received the Medal Barão de Mauá from the Brazilian Government, the country's highest recognition in the transportation sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the Federal University of Espírito Santo in Brazil and received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Meredith Balenske

Meredith Balenske is Global Head of Sustainability and ESG at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Most recently, Meredith served as a senior vice president at GLP where she led the company's global sustainability practice and oversaw global communications. Meredith was formerly vice president at Revolution, a US-based venture capital firm with a social impact investment mandate called Rise of the Rest that invested in startups outside of Silicon Valley to support local economies and job creation. Prior to Revolution, Meredith held positions at Fleishman Hillard, Bloomberg LP and Animal Planet. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech.

Michael Steele - President

Michael Steele is President at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP") and serves as a member of GCP's Executive and Global Investment Committees. Michael has nearly two decades of experience as a leading individual in the private equity industry with particular emphasis on high-profile private and public M&A, joint ventures and financings. Michael most recently served as GCP's Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer, and was previously a senior private equity partner at Kirkland & Ellis. Prior to Kirkland & Ellis, he was a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Michael has played an instrumental role for GCP leading several of its global strategic initiatives and transactions, including GCP's entry into Europe, the formation of GCP and GCP's sale of its first three US funds to Blackstone in 2019 - the largest private real estate transaction ever at the time. Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University in Australia.

Ming Z. Mei - CEO, Founder

Z. Mei is the Founder and CEO of GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Ming is also the Co-Founder and CEO of GLP Pte. Ltd. ("GLP"). Ming has led all phases of GLP's development since its founding in 2009, including its listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2010, which was the largest-ever real estate IPO globally at the time. He has led the strategic global expansion of GLP's logistics real estate business and has grown its fund management business to $126bn AUM. More recently, under Ming's leadership, the company diversified and built data center and renewable energy businesses as well as formed strategic partnerships with other sector and industry leaders. Ming sits on various public and private boards. As a lifelong learner, he has devoted his philanthropic efforts and charitable donations towards improving education for underprivileged children. Ming graduated from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the School of Business and Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Master of Business Administration. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University School of Business.

Nicholas Johnson - CFO

Nicholas Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Nicholas has 20 years of international investment banking experience with JPMorgan where he worked in several roles, including head of Asia Pacific Real Estate Gaming and Lodging, head of Asia Pacific Equity and Derivative Capital Markets, and head of East Asia Investment Banking Coverage. Nicholas has been instrumental in leading some of the largest and most innovative real estate and capital markets transactions in Asia, including GLP's IPO in 2010. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Nicholas worked for PwC in several departments, including Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, where he provided transaction-based advice for large multinational and SME clients. Nicholas is a Barrister-at-Law and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Nick Cook

Nick Cook is President, Europe at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). He was previously COO of Gazeley where he oversaw all capital deployment, disposition and operational aspects of the business in Europe. Nick joined Gazeley in 2002 and held several key positions, including establishing Gazeley's profitable UAE business unit and looking after Gazeley's business in China, while maintaining a detailed involvement in all aspects of the European business. Nick is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has 20 years' experience in the real estate development and investment market. He holds a Bachelor's degree in General Practice Surveying & Commercial Property Development from Nottingham Trent University and has completed training in several professional courses, including a Management & Leadership program at Harvard Business School.

Pete Kane - COO

Pete Kane is the Chief Operating Officer at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Pete has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of GLP's US platform, where he helped guide GLP's strategic sale of US assets in 2019, the largest private real estate transaction globally at the time. Prior to GLP, Pete spent over 10 years at Prologis, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations. Pete was previously the CFO of GE Capital Residential Connections. Pete graduated from the University of Colorado.

Ralf Wessel

Ralf Wessel is the Global Head of Fundraising at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"). Ralf has more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector and was formerly Managing Director, Global Investment Management at Prologis, where he was responsible for an investment platform valued at US $21bn. Previously, Ralf was a partner at Equity Estate, a private equity company managing various real estate funds. Ralf sits on the Board of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). He holds a Master's in Financial Management from the University of Amsterdam and a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment from City, University of London.

Steven Crowe

Teresa Zhuge

Teresa Zhuge is President, China at GLP Capital Partners ("GCP"), as well as Executive Vice Chairman and Chairman of Executive Committee at GLP China. Teresa has held several key positions at GLP, including successively serving as Fund Management Director, CFO and Co-President of GLP China since joining the company in 2007. Previously, Teresa worked with Morgan Stanley Properties China and Deloitte. Teresa graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the School of Business and Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Teresa received her bachelor's degree from Renmin University of China.

Yoshiyuki (Yoshi) Chosa
