Mr. G.S. Ravi Kumar is an IT leader with over 30 years of demonstrated experience in strategizing, planning, developing and implementing cutting edge information technology solutions to address business opportunities. He has worked extensively in service & manufacturing industries in senior roles. Prior to joining Gati Limited he headed the Indian IT operations for a multinational, SHV Energy India Ltd., the world's largest LPG Company. He has been associated with Gati Limited as Chief Information Officer for over 19 years.
During his tenure, he has played a major role in transforming the entire IT system of Gati Limited to be on par with the best in the industry. He was involved in successfully developing and implementing "Gati Enterprise Management System - GEMS", a custom-developed ERP product for the Express Cargo industry, which is rated very highly in terms of technology & robustness and is considered a pioneering initiative in this industry.
He has been credited with quite a few unique, innovative, cost-effective IT implementations in the country, spread across multiple technologies. Many of these implementations have figured as case studies in various IT magazines and websites.
He is a prominent personality in the IT industry, and has been recognized and lauded for his contributions in the sphere.

Mehernosh Mehta, Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), Gati-KWE, is directing an integrated HR function pan-India, crafting people strategies, and transforming HR processes.
Over two decades in the HR function, he is an industry veteran and influencer all geared to mark a difference through translating visions, and strategies into actionable and value-added goals. With a vast experience in multiple industry verticals from the consumer, to pharmaceutical, logistics to engineering, he has worked with brands like Asian Paints, Sanofi, Tata Group, and Mahindra Logistics.
He honed his skills studying post-graduation, in personnel management, and in industrial relations at Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. His last association was with Welspun Corporation, where he headed the entire HR function as Sr. Vice President and Global Chief Human Resource Officer. Prior to that, he was leading the HR function at the pan-India level as a strategic leader at the Mahindra Logistics as a Vice President. Mr. Ravi Jakhar leads the overall strategy for the Allcargo group and also manages investor relations. He brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship consulting & general management experience with nearly 17 years in leadership/CXO roles.
Ravi has been a successful entrepreneur having built ventures in technology, sports and organic food. He has also been an angel investor and mentor for many start-ups in various domains ranging from artificial intelligence and machine learning to consumer electronics and fitness. He also led corporate strategy for Allcargo in his earlier stint and managed business for BMT in South Asia for logistics & maritime infrastructure consulting, catering to both government bodies and large corporates.
He has rich experience in business strategy, financial analysis, private equity funding, product design, setting up new ventures & factories, and managing diverse teams. He earned his B.Tech from IIT BHU and attended a course on entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School.
