Dr. Hoff is the founder and President of Gateway Consulting Group. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.A.Sc and a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is a registered professional engineer, an AIChE Fellow and a member of Sigma Xi, AIIM, ASME, IEEE and ARRL. Dr. Hoff is an authority on the design and implementation of electronic document management solutions for the chemical, energy and life sciences sectors. His deep understanding of information technology and his ability to lead project teams has been effectively demonstrated in hundreds of projects conducted by Gateway. Dr. Hoff is the editor of the "Management of Change Best Practices Newsletter", an in-depth review of current topics in the field of MOC. Dr. Hoff is also the principal instructor for Gateway's "Management of Change Best Practices" seminar.
