G. C. Engineering, Inc was established in 1978 by the Condodemetraky family. Doing work for Banks, Title Companies and Individuals, the business achieved a reputation for excellent workmanship and rapid turn-around time. We have grown to what is now a full service engineering and contracting firm. As a full service Engineering Firm, we provide and certify all of the necessary documents required by FEMA and the NFIP. This Includes Flood Determinations, Flood Overlays, Site Visits, Elevation Determinations, Letters Of Map Amendment (LOMA's) and eLOMA's as well as site plans and recommendations for new construction in a flood zone. Our experience helps us navigate and communicate very successfully with Town, State, and Federal officials to solve some of the most complicated flood issues.
