Graham Holland Architectural Design is a small architectural practice based in Big Bay on the West Coast north of Cape Town, primarily involved in residential, commercial and industrial building design throughout Cape Town and surrounds since 1988. Our vision has been to analyse and reinterpret the design trends within the urban environment whilst working in harmony with the natural environment, with an emphasis on educating our client base on the advantages of implementing ‘greener' building materials, eco-friendly building methods and energy conservative buildings... Graham Holland Architectural Design (GHAD) specialises in residential design with significant experience in Group Housing, Sectional Title development and single residential building.
