Ajay Choudhary, a Solicitor with 25 years of standing at Bar, is an Advocate-on-Record of Supreme Court of India. Ajay is a Consultant in the firm and works on litigation assignments of the firm in Supreme Court of India. He is appreciated by peers & clients for his straight forward thinking and good understating of law.
The newest entrant in the firm ( enrolment-2022) Ayushi Bansal is an enthusiast. Law Graduate from Amity Law School, Ayushi has great analytical skills to understand legal issues and conduct research on possible legal solutions under the guidance of team leaders. She is currently working as an Intern in the firm.
A 1970 Law graduate from Punjab University & Advocate-on-Record of Supreme Court since 1980, he is Founder Partner of the firm. GK as he is popularly known, has experience of more than 52 years of law practise to his credit, in Trial Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court. When you need the best Constitutional advice or legal help, 'GK' as he is popularly known, is who you would want, on your side. He has a long list of professional, social and political attainments under his belt which come handy to provide most suitable legal solutions for our clients. He has held many professional and legal portfolios. He was Advocate General for Govt, of Haryana between 2008-2015 and Standing Counsel for State of Punjab between 1991-96. He wasVice President of SCBA in 1989-91.
Rajesh Ranjan Dubey is a 1992 law graduate from Delhi University. Rajesh is a trial lawyer and an Associate Partner in the firm, working on litigation assignments. He is an expert in Civil & Criminal cases. He has been representing our clients in District Courts and Judicial Tribunals, for more than 12 years.
Sanjay Bansal is a 1991 law graduate. He is the Managing Partner of the firm. In his 31 years of career of legal practise, he has spent more than 20 years, exclusively in 'International Commercial Disputes'. Sanjay represents number of foreign-multinational companies in India and has successfully conducted numerous International Arbitration Proceedings, in India and Abroad, since 2002. Sanjay is well connected, professionally and socially. He has led the Apex Lawyers Body of India, Supreme Court Bar Association as Honorary Secretary, between 2006-07 and 2009-10. Sanjay has argued number of cases and has many reported judgments of Supreme Court of India and many High Courts, to his credit on important legal questions. His practise philosophy is; Do the Best, Hope for Good but be Ready for bad.
Swati Bansal a 2018 law graduate from Amity Law School, has done her Masters (LLM) in IPR & Immigration Laws from Penn State University, USA. She has acquired international perspective of Commercial, US / Canadian Immigration & Intellectual Property Laws and is currently working as Associate Partner in the firm and handling our domestic & international clients.
Vaishali Gupta, 2018 law graduate, is an Associate Partner in the firm. She is a keen observer and has great understanding of legal proceedings. She works directly with our clients to make sure they get best legal help they need. She has interest in Family & Property Laws.
