Agatha is the Managing Director of Geometric Power Group. She joined GP as a pioneer member of the management team in 2002 with over 30 years experience in top Executive Management positions with international organizations in USA and Nigeria. Former Director Sales & Marketing Starwood Hotels, USA and is a Certified Trainer for Starwood Hotels Group, USA. Agatha holds a Masters Degree from the School of Business, George Washington University, (GWU) USA. She's a seasoned entrepreneur, motivator and pioneer of various successful corporate organizations. She is a social entrepreneur and a Fellow of Ashoka, a US based global organization of Changemakers. Agatha also served as the first Lady Captain of the IBB Golf & Country Club, Abuja - Nigeria. She is the Founder of NGOs such as Dewdrop Foundation, Abuja Horticultural Society, and serves as the International Coordinator for the Nigerian Women Association of Georgia (NWAG)

Bartholomew Nnaji

Bartholomew Nnaji is a Nigerian scientist, innovator, and one of the inventors of the E-Design concept. He was born in Enugu State and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics at St John's University, and then proceeded to the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University for post-graduate studies. He joined the faculty at University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1983. After a few years, he became the director and a founder of the Automation and Robotics Laboratory at the University. He was made a professor of mechanical and industrial engineering in 1992. As a researcher, he focused on three major topics: Computer Aided Design, Robotics and Computer Aided Engineering. Using the knowledge he gained from his research pursuits, he created the term geometric reasoning, the idea that most things we operate has a geometric configuration. He is also credited as one of the innovators of the E-design concept. He is also the founder of the first indigenous owned power generating company in Nigeria and was also a former minister for Science and Technology in the country.

Mr Anthony Alozie - CFO

Mr Anthony Alozie has over 31 years' experience and he would be responsible for providing leadership and managing the financial actions of the group. He would provide guidance to Chairman and board on all financial activities for the company. Mr. Anthony holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He also holds a National Diploma with Upper Credit from the Federal Polytechnic Uwana Afikpo, as the best graduating student in the Department of Accountancy. In his portfolio, he has attended many professional trainings and certifications in Business Leadership Development, HSE, Finance, Tax, Management and Business Development from world class trainers in Nigeria and Texas, United States. He holds a dual certification by the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria for CFO, Top-Level Tax Management, and a KPMG certification for IFRS conversion and Reporting. He was a Resident Partner at Grant Thornton in 1992, and then joined the Halliburton Conglomerate as Manager (Accounting Services) in 2005 as the Country Finance Controller and CFO/Executive Director - Finance. He became Director, Special Projects covering Customer Financial Services and transferred to the US Global office on the Halliburton / Baker Hughes International global merger to supervise the tax/Financial aspects of the merger. He also had a stint as a Project Manager for an Agricultural Start up Project. Before he joined, GP, he provided CFO services as Consultant CFO to Rockson Engineering Company Limited (In Receivership) a Power and Energy Construction Company handling a total of 6 projects of more than 2,500MW Gas Turbine Electricity Projects for FGN.
