Fraser Mackay

Fraser has 20+ years international experience in all aspects of building and running online banking, wealth management trading platforms and mobile channels in the Financial Services industry. In recent years, Fraser has moved into the Healthcare field - Fraser is currently the Chief Operating Officer at MedAvail Technologies, an industry pioneer in prescription drug automation and distribution. Previously, at CIBC, he was accountable for leading the operations and support and delivery of Internet, mobile and automated banking machine (ABM) channels for CIBC including Online Banking, Investors Edge™, Wood Gundy™ Online, President's Choice™. His portfolio included servicing approximately 4000 automated banking machines across Canada and 3 million active online and mobile clients. He was responsible for the strategic direction and project delivery of all CIBC internet and mobile properties. CIBC was the first Canadian Bank, under Fraser's executive leadership, to bring a mobile banking application (for the iPhone) to market, which continues to be ranked #1 internationally by Global Finance Magazine. Fraser graduated with a BSc (Hons), Computing and Mathematics, from The University of Bolton, U.K.

Graeme Foster - Founder

Graeme is a founder of GEF and is responsible for strategic direction, strategic relationships, marketing and business development for GEF. GEF's Healthcare vertical is his primary vertical focus and within that vertical, Digital Health in the areas of Electronic Prescribing, Electronic Dispensing, Drug Information Systems and Medication Management. Graeme is a recognized expert in eHealth / Digital Health. Across GEF's practices, his expertise is primarily in the areas of large scale complex program management, complex Government IT procurement, Business Architecture and Business & Digital Transformations. Graeme has more than 23 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors with Healthcare & Social Services being a primary focus since 2002. As a recognized program & project management expert, he has been invited to contribute to the 4th Edition of PMBOK (the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge) and has introduced techniques to clients with complex planning challenges, such as the use of a forecasting technique (endorsed by the APA) based on Nobel prize winning theories. He has managed very large programs for clients (>$50MM), has advised on IT related strategy and has advised on large complex procurements and contract negotiations. In addition to completing executive education at MIT's (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Sloan School of Business in Supply Chain Strategy and Management, Graeme holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Management (B. Eng. Mgmt) from McMaster University, is a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) - the CMC is the consulting profession's only international certification mark, recognized in more than 40 countries and represents a commitment to the highest standards of consulting and adherence to the ethical canons of the profession. Less than 1 percent of all consultants have achieved this level of performance. Graeme is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), the internationally recognized standard for Project Management excellence and is also ITIL certified in Foundations and Service Transition.

Harley Rodin

Harley has over 25 years experience as a Business Development leader and Subject Matter Expert in health care strategy and service delivery focused on integrated Health solutions. Medical provider associations, pharmacy organizations, funding agencies, government programs, and insurers (Canada and U.S.) engage Harley as a strategic advisor and to design and manage implementations of "ground breaking" healthcare applications. He is well recognized for translating healthcare stakeholders value propositions into business process improvements and technology solutions that generate new revenue and streamline provider's workflow into significant practice management cost savings.

Joe Bishouty - COO

Joe is a dynamic, challenge driven leader with 35+ years of success in Project & Program Management, demonstrating proficiency managing transformations, from strategy to tactical deployment in Business and Information Technology (IT). Joe is a passionate leader in driving change, business transformation, and execution excellence. Joe has the ability to foster trusting relationships at all levels, including business leaders, internal stakeholders, vendors & team members. Joe, a strategic thinker, has expertise in executing complex and innovative technology, operations and business transformations, M&A integrations, supplier management and process improvement initiatives to improve client experience, market share and operating leverage. Joe has a strong reputation for applying successful "Hands-On" Program Delivery and Execution Management practices to several transformational initiatives up to $300MM across a range of industries. Joe is responsible for Operations, Finance, HR and IT at GEF. Joe has a B.Sc. (Hons), Computer Science from De Montfort University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester.

Lynda Covello

Lynda is a multilingual international lawyer, IP strategist and business consultant with over 24 years experience in the strategic use of intellectual property assets in business, particularly healthcare, IT and biotech. She advises on IP-related business strategies, technology transfer, licensing, commercialization, monetization, international expansion and IP-related transactions globally. She is experienced in conflict resolution, relationship management and negotiation. Ms. Covello has served as both an external advisor to business and a member of executive management teams, giving her a practical and realistic perspective on the key issues and concerns facing business decision-makers.
