Aidan Williams is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation group. Prior to joining Gentry Locke full-time, Aidan worked as a summer associate at Gentry Locke before graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law. He also worked in the Virginia Tech Office of Government Relations and in the Office of Congressman H. Morgan Griffith in Washington D.C. Andrew Finnicum helps people who have suffered personal injury due to negligence or workplace accidents. Andrew has recovered millions of dollars for clients throughout Virginia who are victims of tractor-trailer crashes, medical malpractice, product defects, and boating and motor vehicle accidents. Andrew has appeared before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, Circuit Courts across Virginia, the Court of Appeals of Virginia, the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Andrew Bowman focuses on complex cases, including whistleblower and qui tam litigation, commercial disputes, local government and land use disputes, catastrophic injury cases, and medical malpractice. Andrew joined the firm in 2015 after serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick R. Johnson in Grundy, Virginia. Andrew Gay is a Partner in Gentry Locke's Construction Law group, where he focuses on assisting clients with construction contracts and construction dispute resolution and representing landlords with lease agreement compliance and legal proceedings due to tenant breach of lease agreements.
Andrew has experience with resolving lien and bond claims, performance disputes, licensing investigations, workplace safety violations, design defects, construction defects, and delay claims. Andrew's experience in construction began at an early age and greatly influenced his career goals. Before law school, Andrew worked as a project manager for one of America's largest, privately-held real estate companies, where he managed commercial construction projects throughout Florida. After law school and prior to joining Gentry Locke, Andrew served as Associate General Counsel for one of Virginia's largest general contractors. His hands-on experience in the construction industry elevates his ability to handle complex processes and assist in the challenges facing contractors and developers. Andrew received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Everglades University in Sarasota, Florida, and his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. Brittany Mountjoy is a member of the firm's Criminal & Government Investigations practice group. Brittany regularly represents clients in both civil and criminal matters. Previously, Brittany worked as a Deputy State Public Defender at the Colorado State Public Defender's Office. There, she advocated for indigent clients in criminal matters, tried numerous jury trials, and worked on several appeals. Prior to and during law school, Brittany worked in Washington, D.C. and has considerable experience in international and U.S. legislative and regulatory affairs.

Charlie Calton is a trial lawyer in Gentry Locke's Plaintiff's group who represents people in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury cases across Virginia. Prior to joining Gentry Locke, Charlie worked for more than a decade as a claims representative in the civil litigation section at the Virginia Office of the Attorney General, and was an Adjudication Specialist with the Virginia Department of Health Professions, and represented individuals seeking disability benefits at Social Security administrative hearings. A graduate of The University of Richmond School of Law, Charlie grew up in Lee County, Virginia and is excited to be practicing closer to home.

Scott Foster practices in Gentry Locke's Richmond office, helping businesses with their land use, real estate and corporate law needs. Scott is a member of our Legislative Affairs and Solar and Renewable Energy teams, and handles solar and battery storage land use matters across the Commonwealth. Scott earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from William and Mary. In 2010, he became the first college student to be elected to the Williamsburg City Council, where he served as Vice-Mayor from 2016-2018. He was instrumental in the adoption of the 2013 City of Williamsburg Comprehensive Plan, advocating for additional residential density in Williamsburg's downtown, which led to major reinvestment and development of that area. Scott currently serves on the William and Mary Real Estate Foundation Board of Directors and remains an active member of the community, always seeking to improve the local and state economies.

Dave Berry focuses his practice on helping clients with business disputes. Prior to joining Gentry Locke, Dave served for two years as a law clerk to The Honorable Donald W. Evans Edwards is an attorney in Gentry Locke's Workers' Compensation group. Evans previously served as an associate attorney with several law firms. He also served as an attorney advisor with the FBI's National Security Law Branch. Since joining Gentry Locke, Evans has handled dozens of workers' compensation claims for both employers and injured workers. Evans has become increasingly involved in Gentry Locke's Plaintiffs Practice Group, assisting on medical malpractice, product liability, and other personal injury matters.

Jennifer DeGraw is a partner in Gentry Locke's Criminal & Government Investigations practice group. Jennifer represents individuals and corporations in all stages of the criminal/investigatory process and conducts corporate internal investigations. Jennifer previously served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Virginia and began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in North Carolina. As a state and federal prosecutor, Jennifer prosecuted and investigated narcotics offenses, violent crimes and firearms offenses, regulatory offenses, child exploitation, and fraud offenses. Her extensive experience on the defense and prosecution sides prepares her to represent clients in any criminal or investigatory matters that arise at the state or federal level. Jennifer is licensed to practice in Virginia and North Carolina.

John Danyluk practices with the firm's Criminal and Government Investigations practice group. Prior to joining Gentry Locke, John had a distinguished career with the United States Armed Forces, serving for more than four years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps in Texas and Germany. He has been recognized with the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and the 2018 Client Services Award for Excellence. As a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Texas, he litigated more than 1,000 federal cases, including six jury trials, 14 bench trials, and 70 revocation hearings. He has also worked closely with FBI and Army CID agents on investigatory matters to aid in case development. With experience in criminal defense, investigations, financial liability determinations and issues related to misconduct, John is well- positioned to help clients facing increasing legal and government scrutiny.

Tom Bondurant is a Gentry Locke Partner and Chair of the firm's Criminal & Government Investigations practice group. While serving as a Federal Prosecutor for 29 years, Tom tried more than 200 criminal jury trials, many involving complex matters including white collar fraud, tax issues, public corruption, healthcare fraud, regulatory matters and racketeering. At Gentry Locke, Tom represents corporations and individuals in all phases of the criminal process and conducts corporate internal investigations. Travis Graham joined Gentry Locke in 2007 after practicing law in Knoxville, Tennessee for a number of years. Travis represents both plaintiffs and defendants in the state and federal courts of Virginia and Tennessee, and focuses on trust and estate litigation, product liability, personal injury, and complex commercial litigation. He advises outdoor recreation groups on issues of access and liability, and is a frequent writer, lecturer, and consultant on issues of federal and state civil procedure.

Bill Callahan joined Gentry Locke's Business Litigation group in 2019 to further his distinguished, 25-year career in bankruptcy, creditor's rights and litigation. Bill assists businesses, financial institutions, and investment firms with insolvency matters. He is highly skilled in bankruptcy litigation and in formulating effective strategies for solving existing problems and avoiding future problems. Bill represents financial institutions outside of bankruptcy proceedings in a wide variety of matters, including foreclosures, collection proceedings, and the development of non-judicial liquidation strategies. He has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2010 and has been recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyer since 2012. Bill has served as an Adjunct Professor at Washington and Lee University School of Law and is a regular lecturer at continuing legal education seminars.
