Anne provides practical and understandable guidance, advice and support for employers, plan sponsors and other clients in connection with their employee benefit programs. In her more than 30 years of practice, Anne has assisted clients in virtually all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation.
Anne counsels clients in connection with the design, implementation and operation of qualified plans, with an emphasis on 401(k) plans and ESOPs. She has substantial experience in executive compensation arrangements, health and welfare benefit plans, compliance, fiduciary liability issues and benefit issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. She has a success-filled track record in the representation of companies and plans before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC).
Anne is a frequent speaker on employee benefit issues, and has made presentations on topics such as the ACA, COBRA, Disclosure of Plan Expenses, QDROs, USERRA, ESOPs, Executive Deferred Compensation and Code Section 409A. Since 1989, she has been consecutively recognized as a Best Lawyer by Best Lawyers of America.
Anthony has practiced law in Arizona for his entire career. Over the 22 years of his practice, he has handled a variety of cases, mainly focusing on situations involving people who have been affected by unfortunate, life-altering injuries. Anthony has represented hundreds of clients who have suffered from catastrophic personal injuries and/or wrongful death tragedies achieving millions of dollars in recoveries over the years.
Anthony is a third-generation Arizonan who grew up in the Phoenix area. He is a "Double Domer" graduating twice from the University of Notre Dame, first with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 and then again with a Juris Doctorate in 1997. Anthony also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in 2000.
Anthony approaches his law practice with a philosophy that he tries to implement throughout all facets of his life: Treat others like they are family.

Ashley focuses her practice in the area of litigation. While in law school, Ashley interned for one summer at Gallagher & Kennedy, where she was able to acquaint herself with many aspects of the firm's practice including, researching and drafting demand letters, pleadings, and memoranda concerning plaintiff's personal injury, products liability, premises liability, negligence, commercial litigation, employment litigation, participating in client-counseling meetings, mediation settlements, and on-site witness interviews; and attending depositions, and federal and state court hearings.
Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago in December 2014, a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Arizona State University in 2017, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2020.
Ashley is an Arizona native from Casa Grande, Arizona. After attending Loyola University in Chicago, she returned to Arizona and taught high school English as a Teach For America corps member in Phoenix. She continues her work in education and the Arizona community as a Teach For America Alumni Leadership Board member.
During law school, Ashley served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Journal for Social Justice at Arizona State University. She also participated in the Public Defender Clinic with the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office, gaining valuable courtroom experience by advocating at preliminary hearings and sentencing proceedings as a Rule 38 Limited Practice Student Attorney. Ashley served in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and the ASU Diversity Pipeline Initiative, where she mentored local Arizona high school students for regional and national moot court competitions. Ashley also served in the Chicano/Latino Law Student Association and the Women Law Students Association. Ashley served as a Teaching Assistant for various courses, including Contracts, Legal Analysis, Torts, and Constitutional Law.

Austin represents his client's rights with the utmost dedication in personal injury, wrongful death, and a variety of business litigation matters. Bruce May has focused his 44-year legal practice in the areas of complex real estate, finance, commercial leasing, and business transactions in Arizona and throughout the country. In particular, he focuses on shopping centers and retail acquisitions, mixed-use projects, industrial development and data centers, master-planned communities, public and private multi-use projects, solar projects, and project siting, zoning, and permitting.
