Brian holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune in India. He joined our MyEclipse team in 2004 and played a key role in its development, initially as a developer, later as a technical lead, and then as Director of Product Development, IDEs. He now leads technical engagements, support and content marketing.
When Brian isn't working, he enjoys science fiction books and movies, playing video games and the occasional game of badminton. Though based in Pune, he and his wife love spending time in their native Goa, travelling, and most of all, spending time with their young son and daughter.

As president and co-founder of Genuitec LLC, Maher Masri ensures execution of Genuitec's corporate vision to enable a hybrid workplace that makes a profound and lasting difference for its customers. He has 30 years of diverse global expertise spanning a number of industries including logistics, automotive, telecommunications, retail and manufacturing.
Maher joined Genuitec from Viewlocity where he served as Vice President of Product Strategy and Management. There he determined product development strategy and direction, established product release cycles and priorities, and managed third-party software technology alliances. Maher has also served as Managing Director for Global Technology, Strategy, and Development for Ryder Systems, Inc. Maher holds a Ph.D. (ABD) and an M.S. degree in Management Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University as well as B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

As Vice President of Technology and co-founder of Genuitec, Todd Williams oversees development of the MyEclipse and Secure Delivery Center product lines. Todd was a founding member of the Eclipse Foundation Board of Directors and represented Genuitec from 2003 through 2010. He is a recognized authority and conference speaker on Eclipse technology and his writings include a 2002 article that eventually became the genesis of the Eclipse rich-client platform (RCP).
Todd has 20 years experience in the development of computing infrastructures, large scale distributed software architectures, and optimization of development processes, techniques and tools. Prior to Genuitec, Todd served as Senior Product Architect for Viewlocity's Global Supply Chain Event Management suite, Senior Architect at ObjectSpace and Parallel Systems Consultant for Mobil's Advanced Research Center. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Wayne Parrott is Vice President of Product Development and co-founder of Genuitec LLC. He brings more than 21 years of software development and application life-cycle management to overseeing development of Genuitec's successful MyEclipse product family. Wayne has extensive knowledge in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, life-sciences and computational biology, supply chain optimization, financial services and software development productivity products.
Prior to Genuitec, Wayne served as Director of Product Architecture for Viewlocity where he led the development of principles, practices, architecture, and infrastructure to support multiple globally distributed software product teams. He has also held positions with ObjectSpace, Baylor College of Medicine's Computational Biology Group and McDonnell Douglas Astronautics. Wayne holds a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Houston, is a Sun Certified Java Programmer, and has served as a paratrooper in the United States Army.
