Dr. Jaykumar Shukla joined the company in 2019 wherein he is presently responsible for coordinating the technical development strategy, geotechnical consulting assignments for the leading consulting and testing organization. With more than 20 year of experience under his belt, he holds the position of Principal Engineer and responsible for the geotechnical consulting and instrumentation areas. He is known for his technical proficiency in the field of geotechnical engineering and numerical modelling skills in the construction industry nationwide. He has executed challenging load testing projects to the tune of 16000T on a single pile. In the year 2007, Dr. Jay joined leading design consulting organization L&T-Sargent & Lundy as Senior Geotechnical Engineer and worked on many prestigious power projects and international assignments. Previous to it he was associated with Royal Haskoning India and Essar Steel Ltd previously. He is recipient of university gold medal for undergraduate studies and obtained his Ph.D. from IIT Bombay. He is Executive Committee member of Indian Geotechnical Society from 2019 onwards He is actively involved in research & development activities and has more than 30 research publication written in the national and international forums. He is also member of Board of Studies, Civil engineering and Member, Faculty Board of Engineering and Technology, Charotar University of Science and Technology, Gujarat. He has guided numerous many post graduate dissertations at MSU and DDIT. He has visited many countries i.e. U.S. China, Germany, Malaysia, South Korea, Czech Republic, Oman, UAE.

Mr. Ravikiran Vaidya, Principal Engineer of Geo Dynamics has been instrumental in popularizing the concept of Deep Foundation Testing in India. He has created a deep foundation testing industry and today Geo Dynamics is India's premier testing company in this field. He has popularized methods like High Strain Dynamic Testing, PIT, Sonic Logging, Parallel Seismic method for pile foundation in India. His work has resulted in the methods being accepted by all major bodies including metro rails, Highways, Railways, power, marine, real estate, etc He has worked on all almost all the prestigious projects in the country and in more than 20 countries worldwide that includes Asia, Africa, Middle East and Gulf. Jointly with Dr. Jaykumar Shukla, he has also indigenized and successfully demonstrated bi directional load testing for large capacity piles which is yet another milestone for the country. Thermal Integrity Profiling and instrumentation have been his other contributions and interests. He has written several technical papers in journals, conferences and has been a co-editor for the Indian Geotechnical Conference 2020. He is the recipient of the prestigious Dinesh Mohan Award ‘by the Indian Geotechnical Society for Excellence in Geotechnical Practices for the year 2020. He has also received IGS-Afcons Best Paper Award in Case Histories category in 2022. He has traveled worldwide and is a frequent expert speaker at various academic and industry forums of high repute. He is the national EC member of IGS, DFI and on BIS sub-committee to form guidelines for pile foundation testing. He is technical representative of Pile Dynamics, USA. He has done his Masters in Structural Engineering from M.S. University of Baroda in 1994. He is an avid sportsperson having run 9 half marathons till date and national level TT player in senior's category.

Mr. Sujan Kulkarni completed his B.E. (Civil) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra in 2002 and Masters in Geotechnical Engineering from University of Houston, Texas in 2004. He is also a licensed Profession Engineer (P.E.) in state of Texas. He has around 7 years of work experience in United States and has worked on variety of geotechnical engineering projects including storage tanks, pipelines, building foundations, landslide stabilizations, and dynamic testing and analysis of pile foundations. He has achieved "Advanced" certification in HSDPT examination conducted by PDI and PDCA. He is working with Geo Dynamics for more than a decade as General Manager (Technical) & Director, Deep foundation installation. He is responsible for implementing new testing methods introduced by the company. He has written technical papers in journals, conferences and is an expert in dynamic testing of all pile types, drivability analysis, instrumentation, load testing for large capacity piles exceeding 5000T etc. He is involved with technical write-ups, client support and handles a variety of challenging and unique problems offered by the industry. He has traveled to countries like Ghana, Maldives, Vietnam and Dubai for various projects and is a frequent expert speaker at various academic and industry forums of high repute. He is also member of IGS and on BIS sub-committee to form guidelines for pile foundation testing. His hobbies include cricket, running and maintains avid fitness regime.
