As a VP, Logistics I, he will be leading Logistics Management of the Logistics Teams.
Jeff joined Ghim Li in June 2005, in his long career he has had extensive exposure to first tier logistics and manufacturing supply chain management.
He is responsible for Logistics Management growth strategy of the organisation. Jeff is an organised, process driven, and has the ability to develop efficient logistics procedures, as a leader of the Logistics Teams, he always encourages staffs and colleagues to work cross functionally, and not stop at the boundaries of their job description.
Jeff graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Finance & Business Studies.

Mr Kang Eng Chuan, who joined the Group in October 2010. He is responsible for the Corporate Finance and Accounting matters, including risk management as well as overseeing the group's projects. He works alongside the CFO on all Group's investment, mergers and acquisitions.
Mr Kang has over 20 years of post-graduation experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining our Group, from 2008 to 2010, Mr Kang held the post of Financial Controller at Dynaforce International Pte Ltd (a SME company which won the Enterprise 50 awards for 2 continuous years)
Mr Kang began his career with local audit firm in 1996. From 1998 to 2002, he served as the Accountant of Havas Medimedia Asia Pte Ltd (a publishers of medical-book) and Berger International Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berger International Limited which was listed on Main Board of the SGX-ST until Feb 2014)
Mr Kang is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and graduated with a Master of Business administration (MBA) from Edinburgh business School of Heriot Watt University.

As VP, Sales and Marketing for Team A , she lead a team for business handling and marketing support for customer under her portfolio
Area of Focus: Supervise the team duties include buyer management ; marketing/ sourcing and expanding business.
Joined Ghim Li in 1991 for over 25 years holding various position from Asst Merchandising Manager to current position.
She had processed in depth knowledge of all aspect of the garment merchandising over the years when she task to handle from junior support role to current management role.

Ms. Lee Li San is with GLG for 10 years since she joined the business in May 2011 as Accounting Manager, works very closely with previous FC and CFO on accounting, audit & tax planning
She was promoted to Financial Controller in July 2020 and is now responsible for the Group's Accounting functions, Audit, Taxation & Strategic Planning.
Ms Lee has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry and have indept knowledge of the accounting standards and maintains good relationships with the auditors.
Ms Lee is certified CPA Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Since 2018, Ms. Pua Kim Lee currently assigned to GG Fashion, Cambodia as Assistant Factory Manager. She is in-charge of cut, sew, pack departments, responsible for the production planning as well as subcon who handles the washing, printing & embroidery, all in a day duty to ensuring shipments are sent on as planned schedule.
Ms. Pua Kim Lee have been in Ghim Li since 2004 and held various position in production setting in the various factories she was stationed. Her knowledge & technical experience in fashion & apparel is valuable to the Ghim Li organization.

As Managing Director, Suan Kiow role is to implement Purchasing strategies in order to make cost effective purchasing decisions from a group of effective suppliers who will deliver quality goods on time.
Green purchasing, she constantly purchasing products that have negative impact on the environment.
Suan Kiow working hand-in-hand with our suppliers, she spend time visit their facility understand their operation process, to some extend she visit their Raw material supplier to ensure all the products we purchase meet our customer standard.

Grant Hummel was appointed to the Board as an independent director, on 1st December 2018. Mr. Hummel is a member of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board.
Grant has been a partner of a major Australian law firm for over a decade. He has experience with commercial and corporate transactions, with particular expertise in capital raisings, securities law, merger and acquisitions and the ASX Listing Rules. Grant is no stranger to GLG Corp, as he has been involved with the company, being part of the IPO and ASX listing team in 2005.
Grant Hummel holds Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Bachelor of Law (Honours) degrees from the University of Tasmania, Australia. He also has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia (now Kaplan).

Mr Lee Kwak Keh is GLG's Chief Merchandising officer, he joined the business in February 2017 as VP of Sales. Mr Lee has been promoted to current position in April 2020 and is responsible for the Group's Sales, Merchandising Functions and Strategic Planning.
Mr Lee has over 30 years of experience in the fashion and apparel industry and have in dept knowledge of the global fashion market and good relationships with the global customers/ retailers.
Prior to this he was the Marketing Director for Chenille International Pte Ltd responsible for the group apparel sale, product development, and merchandising.
Mr Lee graduated with a Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University (UK).

Mr Tan was appointed as an independent director of GLG CORP LIMITED effective from 15 October 2019. He is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr Tan has more than 30 years' experience in corporate accounting in Australia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Prior to joining the Group, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer or Financial Controller of various SGX-ST listed companies and unlisted corporations. He was an independent director of SGX-ST listed companies, Emerging Towns & Cities Singapore Ltd ("ETC") from 24 June 2015 to 26 April 2018 and independent Director of PCI Limited ("PCI") from 24 February 2017 to 01 June 2018. At ETC, he served as Chairman of its Audit Committee and a member of its Nominating and Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committees and at PCI he was a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees.
He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Management from the University of Western Australia (Perth) in 1981. Mr Tan is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a member of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr. Ricky Chandra, SE, MM, serves as the Assistant General Manager in April 2019 and is responsible for the Compliance, Sustainability & Environment, and Information & Technology (IT Infrastructure) departments. Additionally, he is tasked with overseeing the project to centralize the data center by developing applications and systems, as well as the project for implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Mr. Chandra is a graduate with a Magister Management degree in Financial Studies. With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, he possesses in-depth knowledge in areas such as Risk Management, Internal Auditing, Accounting (loans), Quality Assurance, and Environmental Management within the factory.

Estina Ang Suan Hong is the Founder and Executive Chairman of GLG Corp Ltd and is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Ms Ang has over 43 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry who leads a 9,000 strong workforce spanning the Southeast Asia region. She grew the business from 6 sewing machines as a sub-contractor to a global supplier of quality apparel to major retailers in the USA and throughout Europe.
Ms Estina Ang graduated from Nanyang University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, Textile and Fashion Singapore. She obtained The Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2001, listed in The 300 List in Singapore Tattler, named "The Emergent 25 Asia's Latest Star Businesswomen" by Forbes Asia in 2018 and recipient of the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award recognised for her outstanding contribution to her field in 2019 and also spearheaded the business expansion into factory production plants across Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Brunei, Fiji Island. Mexico, Guatemala, China, Vietnam and sales design offices in Korea, Hong Kong and USA.

Ms Gan joined the Board on 15 September 2015. She joined the Company in 2006 as a legal officer responsible for the legal compliance office. Ms Gan became the Deputy Chief Executive Officer on 20 February 2019. She is currently responsible for the overall management of Finance, Textile Mill and Factories' Operation, Business Development, Sales & Marketing including Outsourced Manufacturing and Product, Development and Design departments. Ms Gan builds, direct and drives the annual strategic sales and marketing plan and implements marketing strategies to identify and develop new customers and business opportunities on a global scale.
Ms Gan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from University of Nottingham in 2003 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in May 2005. She is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and a management committee member of the Textile Apparel Fashion Federation Singapore

Ms Julie Tan joined the group as Adiver SVP, Manufacturing (GLIT Holdings) in charge of the Manufacturing Plant in Batam with 3000 over workers with an yearly export of US$90 million which is the biggest out-sourcing Plant of Ghim Li Group as well as the group's Procurement/Cost control division for outsourced fabrics and accessories from all over Asia.
Prior to her current position, she joined Ghim Li on 5 November 2001 as Senior Sales Manager in charge of Sales & Marketing. She has handled closed to US$100 million of Export Sales Revenue during her service as Sales & Marketing VP.
Julie has over 35 years of garment manufacturing experiences in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Manufacturing. She has joined her Poly-Allied Knitwear Pte Ltd with 21 years of Sales & Manufacturing experience before she joined the group.

Mr. Por is not new to GLG Corp Ltd as he had served as Chief Operating Officer and Board as Executive Director from 1 July 2014 to 31 July 2015. Mr. Por is a Singaporean with more than 30 years' experience in international manufacturing and trading, on government boards and varied manufacturing industries such as printed circuit boards, leather upholsteries, furniture, technology and apparel. Currently CEO of Adventech (S) Pte Ltd who supply printed circuits boards to MNCs in North Asia and ASEAN countries.
Mr Por has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He was a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of Asian Productivity Organisation, a Founding member of SFIC Institute (Training and development initiative for the furniture Industry), Executive Committee Member of Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC) and Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Manufacturers Federation.

Tan Kong Peng joined Ghim Li after graduated from her education. She is currently stationed in Ghim Li Malaysia, as a seasoned veteran to the Fashion and Apparel industry, bringing with her over 18 years of industry expertise to our organisation.
