At Gilliatte we are deeply grateful for our long term success. An integral part of honoring our founder's commitment to treating all like family, we believe in giving back to our community... Gilliatte General Contractors was founded in 1985 by Gerry Gilliatte, using a $10,000 personal loan and some space in his garage. In 2004 Gerry retired, selling the business to son Adam Gilliatte (1996 to present) and company president Tom Ritman (1987 to present).
