His experience includes exposure to various industries, such as pharmaceutical/biotechnology developers, consumer-facing brands, retailers, and distributors, media & entertainment providers, and information technology services and platforms.

Jonathan joined Strattam Capital in 2021 and currently is a principal focused on deal sourcing, new investment activity, and portfolio company oversight. Previously, he worked as Principal at HighBar Partners, a Bay Area-based private equity firm, where he focused on operationally engaged enterprise and infrastructure software investments. Prior to joining HighBar Partners, he was an Associate in the Technology Group of TA Associates and an Investment Banking Analyst in the TMT Group at Credit Suisse. Jonathan currently serves on the boards of Action Title Research.
Education: A.B. cum laude in Economics from Harvard University and his M.B.A with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.

Kinan joined VPC in 2015 and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing investments across multiple industries, including financial services and special situations-oriented investments, and multiple strategies, including asset backed debt, late-stage growth equity, and special purpose acquisition companies. Previously, Mr. Hayani was an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co. in Chicago, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Lynette is a California native who, after achieving her dual bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley, made it her mission to explore the world. After college, she relocated to New York City and worked at Goldman Sachs as a financial analyst. Feeling the exploratory urge, Lynette leveraged her exemplary track record at Goldman Sachs to transfer to the firm's London office, where she was the lead project manager for the operational launch and regulatory compliance of the International Lending Business. Her global travel plans were sidetracked when she received an opportunity to establish the Richmond, VA office of Capstone Partners. Lynette still enjoys traveling, especially visiting her family on the West coast.

Taylor is a member of the firm's Business Transactions Group and its Manufacturing Industry Team.
