Both consultants have well over 20 years' experience in residential aged care and home care including many years as aged care assessors. We have been developing policies and procedures templates since 1988, when we developed the first version of a Home and Community Care Policies and Procedures Manual. This was utilised throughout Australia. We have since developed the Home Care Standards for the Australian Government, which have formed the basis of the new Aged Care Quality Standards.
