Andrew Beckman co-founded Glacier Commercial Realty, L.P. in July 2003 with long time colleague Steve Shrum. Andrew co-manages the day-to-day operations of Glacier Commercial Realty, L.P. and actively works on transactions. Andrew began his career in 1993 at the Fults Companies where he spent nine years specializing in office and land brokerage. Andrew collected numerous awards in high production, largest deal and was an annual top producer. He then spent a year at Stream Realty in Dallas as a Vice President in 2002 prior to founding Glacier Commercial. Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and his pursuits of the outdoors, which includes being an avid fly fisherman, bow hunter, and anything else that does not require him to have a roof over his head.

Deborah Walls is an accomplished sales executive with a long term career in managing clients with great integrity and a firm commitment to customer satisfaction. Deb is a true professional that brings high value and extensive experience to her clients and Glacier Commercial, developing long standing relationships with her top priority being her clients' best interest.
Deborah Walls was a tremendous help in taking the first step towards my companies founding. The initial process of finding the right place to set up shop was daunting to say the least, but Deborah set us at ease and guided us through the whole process. At every turn she was able to navigate through the roadblocks and find the perfect place, even before we realized it was the place for us. I can not recommend her enough.
Jake Copeland joined Glacier Commercial in 2022. Prior to Glacier, Jake attended Baylor University where he graduated with a BBA in Business Management & Logistics. Jake was a Student- Athlete & Letter winner for Baylor's Football Team, where he played LB/SS. Before signing with Baylor, Jake was a standout player for the beloved Southlake Carroll Dragons.
Jake has become valuable part of the Glacier Commercial team assisting on many deals and transactions, which has accelerated his understanding of what it takes to be a top producer and client advocate. Strong client relations is the core of Jake's philosophy, always striving to create win/win solutions that in turn build trust & long-term relationships.
Jake also has a background in construction, working with Fortune 1000, D.R. Horton, which gives him an edge and unique insights into the various facets of CRE. Jake is now submerged in his hometown markets of Tarrant and Denton County, where concentrates on the specialties of tenant rep, landlord rep, and buyer/seller rep.
In his free time, Jake enjoys the outdoors. You can find him on a lake or a mountain, riding a board. Fitness and nutrition are a major part of Jake's success, he also has a passion for the culinary arts which brings together what he values most; quality time with family and friends.
Larah joined Glacier in March of 2012. Besides handling all administrative affairs, Larah specializes in Tenant Representation and assists the Glacier agents in all aspects of their real estate transactions. Prior to joining Glacier, Larah worked as an office manager/accounts receivable in various industries.
Larah is a graduate of LSU Shreveport, and a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Mark Skinner joins the Glacier Commercial Realty team with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He brings with him a comprehensive knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate, as well as a high level of technical expertise. His areas of specialty include sales, leasing, tenant representation, site analysis, portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, and land transactions. Mark's distinctive combination of integrity, enthusiasm and dedication to relationships will greatly enhance the value of the Glacier services platform.
From 1983 to 2001 Mark was a Vice President with Bradford Companies in the Great Southwest (Arlington/Grand Prairie) office and industrial market. During his tenure with Bradford he performed leasing and marketing assignments for institutional clients such as AMB Institutional Realty Advisors, Northwestern Mutual Life, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Eastgroup, Security Capital Industrial Trust, The Belmont Group, Merit Equity Partners, RREEF Funds and Travelers Insurance Company. He has negotiated hundreds of leases and related contracts for countless asset sales and acquisitions. Prior to his new positon with Glacier, Mark was the founder and owner of Skinner Commercial Realty & Associates, Inc.
Mark is active in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Great Southwest Association. He currently serves as a board member of the Great Southwest Arlington Management District. Mark is presently the Woodland Hills Homeowners' Association Board Chair and is a past Colleyville City Councilman, serving from 2003-2005.
An avid hunting and fishing enthusiast, Mark enjoys the beauty and challenge of the great outdoors. Rural Texas is especially appealing to him, and provides the backdrop for many of his favorite pastime activities. He also enjoys woodworking and traveling with his family. Mark is a longstanding member of First Baptist Church in Euless, and has served as an adult bible instructor there for many years.
Steve Shrum co-founded Glacier Commercial Realty, L.P. in July 2003 with long time colleague Andrew Beckman. Steve began his career in 1987 at the Fults Companies where he spent 16 years specializing in office and tenant representation. Steve collected numerous awards for high production, largest deal and was an annual top producer. He then spent 18 months at Stream Realty in Dallas as a Vice President in 2002 prior to founding Glacier Commercial. Steve lives in Southlake and is married to his wife Pam, and they have four children; Austin, Sydney, Tori, and Hudson. Steve enjoys his family and his pursuits of the outdoors. Being raised in Idaho, Steve loves the outdoors and is an avid fly fisherman.

Tracy Miller is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience. Her background encompasses brokerage, asset management, accounting, real estate valuation, construction and entrepreneurship. Tracy graduated from Texas A&M University with Accounting and Finance degrees. She and her husband, Kris, have lived in Southlake for 22 years and have four children; Abby, Hope, Macy and Sloan. She has been involved in numerous volunteer activities throughout the years and currently serves as President of the Northeast Tarrant County A&M Club and President of Carroll AP Booster Club. Tracy has been a member at White's Chapel United Methodist Church for 21 years. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and enjoying their menagerie of animals.
